Welcome to our modern, sun-filled townhome in the exclusive New Preserve Area!
Relax in a spacious living room with a 70" TV, or gather around the sleek, fully equipped open kitchen with seating for 5 at the counter and 6 more in the dining area. The ground floor features a comfortable King bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, enjoy a luxurious King suite with a private bath (bathtub & double sinks), a themed room with a Full bed plus Twin trundle, and another with two Twin beds (one is a twin-over-twin trundle). These rooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower. All bedrooms are themed, have TVs, and the washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.
Step outside to your private screened pool area with lounge chairs, outdoor dining for 6, fun games, and a photo stage—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, fresh towels and linens (including pool towels), and a full-size washer and dryer upstairs. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.
We provide a welcome kit with essentials: dishwasher detergent, sponge, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner (refills not provided). For your security, a Ring camera is installed at the front door.

All units are privately owned. Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Unclaimed items will be held for 24 hours after checkout. By booking, guests accept all risks associated with use of the property and facilities, including for any invitees.
Storm & Hurricane Policy:
Refunds are only issued if state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation for this area. In such cases, unused rent will be refunded for current or upcoming guests. No refunds will be granted otherwise.
HOUSE RULES:
● No smoking ($500 fine)
● No parties or events
● Quiet hours after 10 pm
● No food in bedrooms
● No glass containers outside
● Children must be supervised at the pool
● Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or feminine products (guests are liable for plumbing damage)

This unit is located in a New Preserve Area and some construction can be around, but of course, the unit is properly approved for rentals and ready for use!
The living room is full of natural light and has a 70” TV, the kitchen is modern with an open concept with a countertop for 5 people and fully equipped, and the dining room is for 6 additional people.
The rooms consist of a King bedroom on the ground floor with a shared full bathroom with a shower, an upstairs King suite with an attached bathroom with a bathtub, and two sinks, a room with a Full bed and a Twin bed with trundle, another room with two twin beds with trundle one of them (twin-over-twin), and a bathroom shared by these last two with double sink and shower, both of them are themed rooms, all of them have TVs. The washer/dryer area is also located along the hallway on this second floor.
The townhome has a private screened pool with lounge chairs, funny games, a picture stage, and outdoor dining for 6 people. The services include Wifi, basic cable Tv in the living, welcome toiletries, towels & linen, full access to the clubhouse resort, and free parking first come first served.
