2/10 Terribile

PCB vaca summer 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this condo many years, however this one was not the best. First of all, only one elevator was working, which made it impossible for us to use a dolly. They were always gone during checkout & checkin. Then to the cleanliness, it was barely touched up. I reported it the next day & they came up & cleaned again. There were still things not done from messes from the last family. I am considering not staying there again. Pelican Walk you need to improve.
