Enchanting place to stay! Very Clean, well stocked kitchen, very spacious home, gorgeous master bathroom, many decks (several covered), great hot tub, views in all directions and so peaceful.

House was clean and very nicely remodeled and decorated, Host was very responsive and friendly, you can tell they take great pride in their Rental home. If you want a large farm style home on the river, this is the house for you.Thanks again Jonathan.

Our family loved staying at this home. It's in a great location to both the beaches in the area and the Redwoods. That means a lot to see so we did multiple hikes which meant the hot tub saw a lot of use and was a welcome way to end the day. My wife and I had the master which was a VERY comfortable mattress. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we loved the very large dining table that became game and puzzle central in the evenings. And everyone gathered for sunsets over the river! All in all, a great place to stay.

Beautiful home! Service is spotty so make sure to take a screen shot of check in code and instructions before arrival in case you can’t open your email. Communication was great when we had service and were connected to WiFi!

We stayed for a wedding nearby worh our extended family. The house was great for cooking and relaxibg with many people.

Our family vacation

Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious. The house was very clean. Accommodations were perfect. The view of the river was fantastic. Location was close to town but very quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful and Pleasant

Lovely house, everything was great. I especially enjoyed getting up early and having a coffee out back, watching the great blue herons and great egrets on the lake.

Great family vacation

We really liked the location on the river. The house was big and spacious. Lots of toys for our little one. The guys fished every day. The beds were soo comfortable! I highly recommend this house We sat in the hot tub every evening.

Easy and enjoyable process. Seems like the property hadn’t been used for a bit as there was dust and some dirt almost everywhere. Hot tub and table tennis were great

On River to ocean

Great for fishing, floating to ocean, access to ocean beach, great for hiking. Plenty of space for all to spread out in the house. Best part was being able to fish the river for all plus sit on the deck and visit. Fantastic!

Fun For All!

This was a relaxing, bonding and fun house.We appreciated the kid’s bunk, 2 king and 1 queen bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The large, long dining table enabled us to enjoy meals together. Some of us enjoyed the hot tub, some the ping-pong table and others the TV. The spacious house allowed us to spread out and feel uncrowded. our little granddaughter wanted to live there forever.!

Fantastic Vacation Rental!

We rented this house for a girl's basketball tournament and were a party of 4 families total. There was plenty of space for everyone! The kids had plenty of room to spread out upstairs in the living room, while the adults got the downstairs living room. The kitchen was very well stocked, with even a blender and Crock-Pot. The hot tub was nice and hot, and there was a propane BBQ for us to use. There were a ton of bath and beach towels, and just was very well set up for a large group. The owner was great to communicate with and we are looking forward to renting this house again.

Gorgeous spot

This home and property are gorgeous. Close to the beach, which is just across the highway about a 2 minute drive and 2 minute walk. Close to town, shopping, hiking. The hot tub works very well. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a large group. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The upstairs area was perfect for our teens to have their own space. Right on the river, which you can not get down to, but it's absolutely beautiful. I would recommend for large groups looking for a beautiful place to stay. The property owner responded quickly to all our messages. All around a fantastic stay. Thank you so much for sharing this little slice of heaven!

The perfect getaway spot

We had two families in the house, and there was enough room that everyone was able to spread out and not be on top of everyone. The 2 separate living areas were a nice addition to the house. The kids were able to hang out in the on area if they were winding down or waking up before anyone else was up. The house has every update you could ask for a double oven with an air fryer mode or convection oven mode. The house sitting on the river was one amazing setting with all the wildlife we got to see from the back deck or while sitting in the hot tub. In our opinion the house set the perfect distance from town and it was a quick walk to the beach. The house sits on a very quiet street. Johnathan was so easy to get ahold of if and when you have questions, and he was very helpful when we did. We can't wait to book it again.

We've now stayed at this property twice, which says a lot about how much we enjoy it. We originally visited to spend time with friends who recently moved to the area, and knew we wanted to come back.The location right on the river is beautiful. The teens in our group loved the hot tub and table tennis, while the adults appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the large dining table, which was perfect for meals and board game nights. Beach access is easy too—it's just up the road and across the street.During our last stay, we experienced an incredible rainstorm, and it was amazing to watch it roll in from the huge windows. Seeing the horses across the street was an unexpected bonus that everyone enjoyed.We were a family of five traveling with friends, and the house provided plenty of space for everyone. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.
