Less than 2 miles from Spring Training at Peoria Sports Complex, 8 miles from Super Bowl State Farm Stadium, Westgate and Tanger Outlet Mall. Less than 2 miles from Arrowhead Mall and Arrowhead Town Center. Less than 2 miles to Peoria Sports Complex. Only 3 miles from Loop 101 which conveniently takes you straight to Scottsdale in about 20 -25 minutes.
We will make sure you are given every attention for your visit. Loaded with amenities, both inside and outside, to make your stay memorable. Snacks, beverages, hygiene products included.
Enjoy day and evenings in the extra large backyard. 36’ x 16’ pool perfect for lap swimming, games and deck for lounging. Jacuzzi comfortably fits 7. Gas Fire Pit, BBQ, and covered patio seating. Additionally there is 3,000 sq. ft of fresh grass for playing catch, frisbee and games with your family. Party lights for evening entertainment.
Inside the spacious contemporary open floor plan provides a pool table, flat screen TV, fireplace, and multiple dining areas. A fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and overlooks the back yard.
Master Bedroom has comfortable King size bed, Flat Screen TV, direct access to back yard and On Suite Spa style bathroom. Master Bathroom Is complete with Spa Tub, walk in shower, toilet and walk in closet.
Linens, towels, shampoo, soap and hair dryer provided.
Hall bathroom has a large, long counter top with two sinks. Tub/ shower combo and toilet. Easy access to both additional bedrooms.
All bathrooms equipped with towels, soaps, shampoo, and hairdryers.
Two addition bedrooms near the hall bath. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen size bed, flatscreen TV, plenty of storage space in the dresser and closet. Linens provided. The other bedroom has two options. It can be used for working out with the equipment provided. Or the owner will provide an upgraded queen air mattress with linens. The closet has plenty of space for storage.
