We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was friendly and we felt very safe walking on the trails with our kids and pet. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the golf cart and all the amenities. And the hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect accommodations

This home was spotless and beautiful. The golf cart was a huge plus and the location was perfect for hiking, biking and beaching. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay the property was beautiful! I will definitely book there again in the future if it’s available. The only drawback I had was the stairs we were traveling with older in laws and they had a hard time going up and down the stairs.

30a must stay

Love this neighborhood and this house! It was a perfect week, everything was just as described! Having the golf cart was icing on the cake! Would definitely stay here again!

Furniture is uncomfortable and soiled. Not enough outdoor space. Golf Cart too small. Difficult/cumbersome beach access. poorly equipped kitchen.

Great House

The house was very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house. The location and use of the golf cart was a plus! We used the VayK credit towards bikes because the house already had chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The teens enjoyed biking to Seaside. Thank you!

Pre Birthday Celebration

This property is exactly as pictured! Very clean!! The golf cart was the 'cherry on top'. The short ride to the beach, along with being near the different restaurants, was a plus. I would definitely recommend this property! 5 🌟

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay as well as the dogs. Wonderful well lit neighborhood with walking trails lit for easy walks home from pool at night. Quiet area and clean house. Had everything we needed for staying in and cooking. Only issue was stairs being slippery for our two dogs. One slid all the way down and other is arthritic so he just took his time. A runner would be a great addition. We will hopefully be back again!

Lovely stay

The house was so clean and the neighborhood is quiet. The pool was a two block walk but there is golf cart parking, so it’s an easy trip. My only complaint was the golf cart. It was nice to have one as the beach is a bit too far to walk with children. However, it only seats four and it’s kind of in rough shape. It got it there and back, however. Overall a great neighborhood and the house had everything we could ever need. We would stay again, but would need to rent a bigger golf cart.
