We really enjoyed the stay. Steps from the beach, steps from the pool. Good central location. And the view of the ocean from the top balcony was our favorite. Enjoyed it every night at sunset.

Brian's property was better than advertised. It was so clean, perfectly outfitted and we lacked for nothing. He was gracious and super responsive, answering questions quickly. My son was 7 weeks out from knee surgery and Brian went above and beyond to send a picture of the stairs and a video for us to see the walkway to the pool and beach so we would know if he could traverse the area. We had 4 generations on this vacation and everyone LOVED it!!!

This was the perfect property for our family. Our children are now adults so this layout was perfect. With essentially 2 living spaces it gave our daughter and her family their own space when they needed it.

We had a great week in Pine Knoll Shores! This condo was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was a nice plus to be able to use their beach chairs, spike ball, lacrosse sticks and shabumi during our stay. Made for a great week of memories in North Carolina!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was perfect for our family and gave us the best vacation we’ve had in years. The host was extremely helpful and always prompt at responding to messages, the condo is well stocked with anything you’ll need, the location between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle is superb, and the pools and beach access are both amazing! We’re already planning to come back! Thanks for a great week!

This is a beautiful space with perfect oceanfront views and the most comfortable beds. Perfect accommodations for our group here for a family wedding at the aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores. The owner was very responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommend this property.

Just Perfect

Our family had an amazing time at this location. It was perfect! The beach was not crowded, no loud neighboring parties, great location to groceries,etc. I would definitely recommend this place and the area.

Great family vacation!

Brian's place was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable! All of the beds were very comfortable, the furniture was clean and the lower level was an apartment in itself! Our entire family had a great stay!

Great location

The property is awesome. Very clean, close walk to the beach, and the amenities such as a pool, tennis/pickleball, and marina all made this a great place to stay. Communication with the owner is the best I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely recommend this place (just not the week I want it )

Wonderful Stay

The condo was beautiful as well as the surrounding area. Had everything you could need to make a wonderful vacation. Communication with Brian was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! Two families fit perfectly, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The beach was just steps away, which made it so easy for everyone to come and go, and the condo had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great—close to restaurants and groceries, and only about 25 minutes from beautiful Beaufort, which we loved exploring. Brian, the owner, was so responsive and kind whenever we had questions. We’d come back in a heartbeat—10/10!

What an absolutely beautiful condo! Immaculately clean when we arrived. Every single thing you could possibly need for your time on a perfect stretch of the beach! Brian was wonderful to rent from; very quick to answer any questions we had while we were enjoying his amazing place! Hated to leave & plan to return!

Great Stay!

The property was beautiful with a great view of the ocean from the deck. The property was clean, and everything was as described in the listing. Our host, Brian, was very responsive to any questions we had. The location is great, as well. Highly recommended!

Great condo with beautiful facilities

We had a great time in this condo. It is very beautiful and comfortable. The beach wasn’t crowded. The only bad point is you couldn’t see the beach from the deck. You can see the ocean. This was clear in the photos though.

Perfect Spot

Beautiful property with proximity to the beach,multiple pools, tennis, walking trails, restaurants etc. All of us agreed that it was the nicest place that we had ever stayed at and our host Brian was extremely helpful and attentive. We would definitely go back!

Family Beach Week

Condo is outstanding! It is better than the pictures. Great place to relax and enjoy the beach. We had everything we needed, beds really comfortable, easy access to the beach. Brian is super quick responding to questions or needs. We will return!

Beautiful condo, wonderful view

We could not have enjoyed our stay more! The pictures do not do the condo justice! The property manager went out of his way to make things easy for us as possible! I highly recommend this condo!

LOVED THIS RENTAL!

We stayed at this rental, 2 families with small children. Definitely small child friendly with all the amenities and baby proofing needs. Close to the beach and the pool. Incredibly clean. High end appliances and decor, absolutely stunning. The best maintained rental we have ever stayed in.
