Second year we’ve stayed at this house. The view of the ocean off the deck is amazing with gorgeous sunsets. Short walk to the beach or to town. Accommodations were great!!

Seabrook Summer Vacation

The property was every bit as was advertised, the location was perfect for walking everywhere The kids loved the foosball table

Excellent!

You can’t beat the location and the layout. (Although lots of stairs). We enjoyed this place for a family vacation and thought it was great. We will be back again!

Bella Vita was one of the nicest properties we have stayed in along with superb communication and availability of managers. One of the best weekends we have had in the coast! Thank you

The location, space and number of rooms was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils and tools. A view of the ocean and only a few steps away from the beach made it a joy for all. The fire on the patio with very comfortable furniture was the perfect way to end the night. While Seabook offered lot of amenities, we stayed at the house and Pacific Beach most of the time. The shops within Seabook had odd store hours for some, so it made it hard to plan. There was some confusion around check out time - emails said 11am, binder on site said 10am.We will come back to this location!

Perfect - Everything we hoped for!

Our stay at Bela Vita was a special family Christmas trip, our entire family together for several days, for the first time in many years. We looked for a special place for our gathering and selected Bela Vita on the basis of space and place - enough rooms for all 12 of us, and view and access to the beach. We were a bit nervous because 'real' rooms don't always look like 'listing' rooms, but our fears were unfounded - Bela Vita is as charming, comfortable and cozy as it looked on the listing. Space and furnishings were more than adequate, and we all settled in to enjoying each others' company, the charm of the home and the beauty of the surroundings. The first night, as our family gathered around the kitchen and we soaked in their voices and happiness, we knew that we'd found our place for this time. No disappointments, no hiccups, only the gracious hospitality of a beautiful home.
