Beautiful and renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt with private patio with BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen!
An authentic apartment with a great location. Located on Douglas, a calm and centric neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami.
Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, paid washer&dryer, linen, towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. The apartment is very bright and with big spaces. A queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom.
A Sofa bed in the living room (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).
Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.
We will grant you all the check-in instructions through messages, so please stay tuned for automatic messaging.
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
