A spacious and beautiful apartment fully equipped for your getaway in Miami.
2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom and a great equipped kitchen.
Located right next to Calle 8, it's a perfect place to get the full experience of Cuban food & culture in Miami.
This apartment is located on the upper level, where a staircase is required to access it.
There is fenced-free parking on the premises right next to the apartment.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a spacious living space and an open kitchen fully equipped.
A sofa bed in the living room (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).
A paid washer & dryer are outside the apartment and shared with other apartments. It has a cost of $1.50 Washer and a $1.00 Dryer.
Access to the apartment is fully automated, with a smart lock at the apartment door and the main gate with a code as well. You will be granted all the instructions 5 days before your check-in date.
Early check-in and late check-out must be coordinated in advance and have extra charges.
No pets are allowed at the unit.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
