Benvenuti a 'Toes in the Water' il nostro condominio fronte golfo nelle splendide sponde del Golfo, Alabama. Grazie per aver dedicato del tempo a guardare ciò che il nostro condominio ha da offrire. L'unità è un'unità d'angolo di ultimo piano di 1300 piedi quadrati con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni con divano letto queen aggiuntivo nel soggiorno. Il nostro appartamento può ospitare comodamente 9 adulti. Offre una vista mozzafiato sulle spiagge e sulla laguna dall'ultimo piano del complesso e una vista diretta sulla piscina per tenere d'occhio i bambini.

CUCINA / Abbiamo recentemente ristrutturato la cucina con nuovi armadi ed elettrodomestici. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare per un grande raduno. Pentole e utensili sono nuovi.

PRANZO / Abbiamo un grande tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 6 con un angolo bar cucina abitabile che può ospitare 2. Il balcone ha anche un tavolo rotondo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto.

CAMERE / Ci sono tre camere da letto ciascuna con un bagno completo privato. La camera da letto principale lato laguna ha un letto king size e accesso al balcone vista laguna. Bello armadio spazioso, nuova area trucco, con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Un nuovo televisore a schermo piatto è fornito con questa stanza per il vostro divertimento. Questa camera è abbastanza grande per un letto aerodinamico per i bambini piccoli. Letto Aero disponibile.

La camera da letto di mezzo ha un nuovo letto pieno e due dimensioni e bagno privato con lavabo, wc e doccia solo. Nuovo 19 'TV a schermo piatto con lettore dvd.

La camera da letto principale lato spiaggia ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno con vasca doccia combinata. Il bagno è accessibile anche dalla zona giorno. Questa camera ha anche una TV con lettore DVD.

SERVIZI / Ci sono due balconi con questo condominio. Il più grande balcone coperto è lato spiaggia. Ha due porte scorrevoli in vetro per l'accesso dal soggiorno e la camera da letto matrimoniale lato spiaggia. Il balcone coperto più piccolo si trova sul lato della laguna fuori dalla camera da letto principale. Offre una splendida vista del tramonto della sera sull'acqua della laguna.

BIANCHERIA / LAVORAZIONI / Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice combinata situata nella zona cucina in un ripostiglio separato. Scaldabagno è nuovo e fornisce molta acqua calda per il vostro soggiorno.

ACCESSO ALLA PISCINA / SPIAGGIA / TERRENI COMPLESSI / Il complesso dispone di una favolosa piscina a ingresso libero con due piscine per bambini su entrambi i lati dell'area della piscina. La piscina è la piscina più lunga delle coste del Golfo con una sporgenza a sedere intorno al centro. I servizi igienici sono convenientemente situati vicino all'area della piscina. Non correre avanti e indietro per la stanza. Situato accanto a ogni piscina per bambini è un gazebo ombreggiato. Ottimo per rilassarsi e giocare a carte dopo una lunga giornata al sole. Il ponte della piscina è grande con un sacco di sedie a sdraio per prendere il sole. Le docce si trovano all'ingresso dell'area della piscina per lavare i giorni di sabbia. C'è una zona barbecue sulla griglia del carbone in loco situato alle due estremità del complesso.

This condo and the building are nice. However, our specific condo is in need of some updating and a few repairs. When we first got there, we had to call maintenance because one of the toilets wouldn’t flush. Maintenance was very quick to respond and took care of it. The towel bar was broken in another one of the bathrooms. The curtain rod in the beachfront bedroom was broken. The queen bed in that same bedroom was not very comfortable and the flat sheet on the bed didn’t even fit the bed! It was for a full size bed. The lampshades in the living room had nasty stains on them. The kitchen utensils were dirty and put back in the holder. Needless to say that whoever they use for housekeeping at this building/ management company is not doing their job. On a lighter note we never had any trouble with parking at the condo. Great location. The pool area was nice and the beach view was beautiful!

Condo needs better cleaners. Queen bedroom needs a new bed and mattress. Location was great. Parking was easy. Guests do not need to do dishes. Found dirty dishes in cabinets.

This condo was perfect for our family. We had 7 adults and one kid. There was plenty of space for us all. I loved that each room had its own bathroom.

Great stay

Beds could be a little more comfortable, the vacuum needs updated, the broom and mop that is in the condo for the renters use need to be updated. The mop isn’t good and the broom handle was very short.

The overall vacation was nice. The lobby needs a major scrub down as it smelled like urine. Our condo was nice there were a few things that didn’t work, but we dealt with it the toaster didn’t work and the dryer took forever to dry clothes. We loved to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins. My other daughter enjoyed sitting on the Bayside balcony. We loved the location as our older kids could walk to the hang out.

Great layout but needs serious cleaning.

Loved the condo but i felt like i needed to clean when i got there, bathtub in master dirty,so we're tables and the rug in kitchen needs to be thrown away, my biggest complaint was not being able to put up tent on beach, me and my husband are too old to walk 2 condos down and set up and take the risk of being told to move again, we should have been told this before we came and its not the city it's the condo association, after $80 dollars for umbrellas it went well.More info would be great!

This summer has been the worst for communication from them to be able to alert guests, as well as establishing rules to keep everyone on the same page. We understand it has been mass confusion and for that we apologize. Lacked Essentials and Poor Checkout Experience

I really wanted to love this place—it has a beautiful location by the ocean, and the owner is so sweet but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The kitchen was poorly stocked, lacking basic utilities and even coffee filters, salt, pepper, etc which made mornings a hassle.The checkout process was especially frustrating. I was required to do dishes by hand at 6am before leaving, instead of just being able to run the dishwasher. It felt more like I was cleaning up after someone else than wrapping up my own vacation. For the price, I expected a more guest-friendly experience.

We wish you would've asked us about the items mentioned during your stay so that we could've clarified a few of the items for you. Per our arrival/departure information that we email out to guests about 10 days prior to their arrival, it lets you know the items we supply as a complimentary "start-up" for your stay. The "start-up" items are to keep you from having to run to the store immediately upon arrival, and features necessity items such as a roll of tissue per bathroom, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen, single use laundry detergent, single use dishwasher detergent, single use soaps, and each trash receptacle has a bag in it for you to begin your stay. Condiments and spices for the kitchen, coffee filters, and grocery items are your responsibility to supply. We are terribly sorry if you thought otherwise, however we have never supplied those items. As for washing the dishes, it is not required, nor do we expect each guest to clean prior to departure. We ask the unit be picked up, and all dishes clean and put away, in order for housekeeping to do their job and make sure the unit is cleaned and disinfected properly for the next guest. The departure information gives a list of items that we ask you perform, but in no way is it expected for you to clean at 6 am prior to your departure. We hate you feel this way, but hope this response to your negative review will assist with clarification and help you to in fact love this place a little more, or at least make you like it and want to book it again for a future stay. Also, please note that we offer a discount to all returning guests no matter the property they choose to return to. Thank you for letting us know of your experience. Needs Updated.

Overall stay was great. Only thing that I didn’t not like was the fridge not staying cold, nor the freezer. I contacted the manager and she kind of just gave me the run around, when it takes longer than 24 hours to get cold something is wrong, then the freezer part was not working, it melted the ice cream and remind you it was set on the coldest temperature as well. The garbage disposal in the sink didn’t work either. The cleaning people needs to be more cleaner on the floors.

Ocean House II

We hadn’t been in 6 years so of course the property had changed a bit due to a previous hurricane. The pool used to be so nice & it just looked like maybe some paint would help. We hadn’t ever rented this unit & it was fine for the most part except mold blown out across the ceiling where the air ducts were. 2 dining chairs out of 8 had cushions & there was a cushion up against the wall on the balcony that was covered in mold & looked like it had been there for a while. Just things house keeping could’ve handled easily by removing it from the condo & cleaning the ceiling around the air ducts. We still had a great time. The beach & ocean were beautiful as usual.

It’s time for lots of updates

This property needs a lot of tender loving care. Upon arrival this is what we found: Dishes in dishwasher Dishes in cabinet dirty Washer dirty Washer makes loud grinding sounds Shower curtain liner torn Shower curtain molded Bedroom curtain has large holes Pullout bed was full of crumbs Beds uncomfortable Fake nails in middle bedroom closet Balcony chairs rusted & broken -Time to look into getting a new cleaning service Here’s the only 2 reason this place was okay: 1. check in was great. We were given the information for codes and that worked perfectly. 2. Once in the unit we noticed the ac was not working properly. We reached out and contact was made with us immediately. Maintenance showed up the next morning to fix the problem.

Eric, We are terribly saddened by the low rating and to read the details from your stay with us. We did communicate with you regarding the A/C and we were promptly able to have the A/C issue handled. As for the cleaning issues, we have no record of them being brought to our attention. We hate you experienced the issues with the dishes and the shower curtain as we would've immediately had housekeeping correct the issues for you. The next guest reported the issue with the washing machine and we are happy to report it was repaired and is now working great without the added noise. We hope that despite the issues mentioned, that you were able to enjoy the beautiful views and the awesome amenities this complex and unit provides. Just Beachy

Amazing experience from the booking process, and through out our entire stay. The condo was clean and fully furnished with everything needed to cook and eat with. There were 9 of us and plenty of dishes & utensils for all. Communication was A++. The AC worked really WELL. Something went wonky with the AC on our last night BUT a quick call to the number provided in our information packet and problem solved. Sarah would have had a tech sent out within the hour but together, over the phone we found the issue and problem solved!! Condo is 2.5 miles from a Walmart Supercenter, 2 minute walk to a Pier 33 for extras you may have forgotten. It’s a small convenience store / beach items, books & games. The security folks are very helpful and friendly. Need ice, just ask them. They have it in the guard shack 😊 My only suggestion would be to include a couple rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom instead of one roll. We will definitely be staying in room 2906 again!!

Great location, heated outdoor pool

The condo we stayed in was great, but we were unhappy with the security. They gave us bracelets, but they were too large for my younger children, so they didn’t wear them since they fell off constantly and I didn’t want them to lose them. As a result, my daughters got yelled at multiple times because the security guards thought they were guests from other condo complexes, and when they told the security guards they were in our pool bag, they continued to give them a hard time as if they didn’t believe them. I understand the need for security and appreciate it, but I was very unhappy with how they treated us as paying guests. And for friends of ours who vacationed with us, they didn’t even give them bracelets for their kids who are the same age as mine, so the inconsistency was frustrating.

Brian, We are so sorry to learn of the way security treated your family, especially your children during your stay with us in this great unit. We are completely shocked at the way security handled the bracelet situation as it seems very extreme to say the least. We have no explanation for this type of behavior, nor do we approve of it. Unfortunately the only thing we can do is inform our owner and have them bring this situation before the board in hopes to improve the plan for the amenities and how to keep trespassers off the premises without treating guests this way. We hope you will take into consideration that we manage many properties across Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Maybe we can put you in a different location when you can return and be our guest again.
