This was a truly immaculate place. It was clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and had excellent views of the beach and the sunsets. The hosts thought of everything!

Lovely unit. Nicely updated, plenty of space. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. The dishes in the unit were very nice, made cooking and eating as if I were home. I would recommend and stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Love the close proximity to the beach and the amenities such as restaurants in a very short drive.

Fantastic Stay!

Exactly as described and everything you’d need. This unit was exceptionally clean, had eclectic decor, beautiful views, and was very comfortable and relaxing.

Great property for our family’s quick getaway to the gulf coast! It is pet friendly which is great for us because we love to bring along our furry friends.

Jeff & Ginas property was great, on the beach, very clean and roomy, everything was there for a beautiful week, great stay!

Beach trip

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and big! The best part was that on the beach it was so private because there weren’t many big places around. We had a wonderful time

Fantastic Spring Break

We had a wonderful spring break staying at this property! It was even better than expected. Such a great property with amazing beach views! Definitely would stay here again. Very clean and easy check in. Highly recommended!

The views were absolutely incredible from inside the unit and on the covered deck! The furnishings and decor were lovely, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, king bed was very comfortable (we didn't use second bedroom). Will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Staycation

We have been coming to Indian Shores since 2020, we discovered this gem of a beach and gem of a place and we felt in love. The apartment is always nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and convenient. Plenty of things to do or not if you just want to enjoy the beach. Parking is a breeze

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 5, ages ranging from 19-75 years of age. We always rent vacation homes on the beach and this location was perfect. This rental was very clean, had all the comforts of home and the property managers were wonderful with communication. Indian Shores has done a great job with clean up after the devastating hurricane. We would highly recommend this property.

Loved the Sunsets

Beautiful home and location. Just over the dune and there was the beautiful gulf. Very relaxing and beds were so comfortable. Jeff was very quick to respond to our little ac problem and the maintenance fella made sure we new what was going on and he took care of us. Highly recommend this beach vacation!

Watt and McCubbin getaway

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved our stay and we’re very happy with the location to the beach and accommodations. We had everything we needed for the stay and to play even for the kids but the decor and kitchen supplies are definitely geared towards adults. Not a big deal but only thing I would have changed was a few kids items like plastic glasses and maybe a couple games/puzzles. We would definitely visit this property again and loved our stay!

March Break

The property was very well appointed with everything needed from the kitchen utensils to the bedding.we did encounter a number of cockroaches and felt the noise from the unit above was annoying and the balcony floor was quite dirty.
