Situated just a 12-minute walk from the stunning Cape Cod Beaches, you'll be able to enjoy the sound of the waves and the feel of the sand between your toes. Venture a 19-minute drive to the Cape Codder Water Park for a day of thrilling water slides and lazy river rides, or explore the vibrant Hyannis Harbor, just a 23-minute drive away.

The house was very clean, had all amenities needed and looking directly at the ocean was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked and anything needed for the beach was available.

The house has everything you need for a peaceful beach getaway! It’s a relaxing space with the most beautiful views of the ocean. We stayed in early June and had great weather exploring the Cape with day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this beach home and would love to return one day!!

This was a perfect place to stay. The kitchen wa well equipped, the beds cozy and comfortable. Something about sitting on the deck looking at the water really makes the coffee (and wine) taste so much better. I couldn’t give this home a higher recommendation.

This was the perfect place! I stayed here with 2 friends to celebrate a birthday. The location could not be beat, the house is absolutely lovely with attention to all the little details you might need. The sheets, beds and pillows are lovely, the towels, perfect and the kitchen well stocked.The views of both sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The beach was everything you could want.We had a marvelous time.

The house is the perfect beach getaway. It had everything we needed but the absolute best was the beach and views. Couldn't ask for more. We loved the outside deck and the outside seating around the table. I was the best 2 nights that I've spent. Kerry, the host was also great! Love the quaint town of Sandwich with fabulous restaurants and so much to do! Thanks Kerry!

We had an amazing girls' weekend at this beautiful beach house! The unobstructed ocean views were absolutely stunning! The property felt very private with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time together. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and there were several AC units and fans that kept us cool during during the exceptionally warm weather we had for our stay. We were all in need of a quiet relaxing retreat and this checked ALL the boxes!! Kerry was a fantastic host! Communication was prompt and clear, and the booking process was seamless from start to finish. We are so glad to have found this gem-- a true sanctuary!!--and hope to return again in the future!

The house is a wonderful beach house with two great decks, where we spent most of our time. The interior is well appointed and has a well-stocked kitchen. It was a great getaway for four longtime friends.

We enjoyed our stay! The listing was very accurate. Communication with Kerry was easy and she was very responsive. The house is fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, deck and beach. Every bedroom has a fan and window a/c units throughout keeping it cool which was much needed at the beginning and end of our stay. We are familiar with the area, but for those not, I would note that the beach there is rocky. Water shoes are HIGHLY recommended. The undertow can be strong so I recommend ones that fit tight so they don't pull off. The ocean water is cold, but again, that is expected in the area. We got to see some of the tall ships going into the canal and seals swimming around. We had a great time just relaxing on the deck and inside at dusk (when the mosquitos come out) and on the rainy days.

Perfect Cottage on Lovely Beach

Our family spent spring break here. What a lovely cottage! Nice updates throughout. Perfect spot right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Kerry was so nice and welcomed us with nice amenities. We will absolutely rent this cottage again!

We enjoyed the lovely views and private location. We really appreciated baby/child items being provided (play pen, beach toys, etc), keurig pods/coffee, and felt like we had everything needed for a quick getaway. Friendly and helpful host!

Thanksgiving break

It was a perfect house for relaxing with the family for holiday break. Perfect for 6 adults to have their own space but roomy for when we needed space together. Beach was beautiful, loads of shells and rocks. Great place for some down time
