Located in a peaceful cove, Sandy Feet Retreat is one of only a few spots with a sand beach, the perfect place to float or dip your toes in the water. There’s also a playground, two pools, and a boat slip to make it super easy to get out on the lake. Our condo is right on the water with beautiful lake views, especially from the private balcony, and the central location makes it easy to access tons of attractions by boat or car. So come relax and make memories at the lake!  Boat slip is included in the price and a roll-away bed/pack and play is available if requested prior to your stay. We look forward to hosting you at Sandy Feet Retreat, where you can create lasting memories on the beautiful lakefront.

Dually/Oversized Trucks: No dually/Oversized trucks aloud due to limited parking at the Ledges. This is an HOA rule and they do levy fines.


Trailer Storage is available in the off season ONLY. If travelling outside of 5/14 and 9/8 parking is available on the 3rd tier parking area. A permit must be displayed. They are available in the guestbook in the condo, or you can print them from the digital guidebook and fill them out before you arrive. Please be aware there is no power in the trailer parking area.

Great communication with usExactly as they listed Clean great viewLeft a shirt at the condo contacted them and they are sending it to us Only problem we had was parking our truckWe received sticker on the truck that it would be towed after moving truck received another warning they will tow the truck we moved it againFinally the security guard told us they do not allow dually trucks on shoot out weekendPer. The owner has this place set up very nicely. Documentation, instructions, etc., are all done very well. Everything you need is there. I think that maybe the people taking care of the property had a bad week or aren't doing as well as they could - only very minor things. There was only two dishwasher pods, so we had to go buy some. The dishwasher overflowed with soapy bubbles one time but worked the rest of the time. There were a very large amount of ants in the kitchen that go into our food on the counters. When we arrived, the sheets on the little bed and the right side of the master bed smelled like a kid with athletes feet, severely. The person did come and change the sheets for new ones the next morning, but it seemed like they weren't changed before we got there. They claimed they were brand new sheets, but I have a hard time believing that due to the specific spots there were smells but not smells in other places. The location was AMAZING and the boat slip was as well! The place was a good set up for a family get away. The pools and the beach were wonderful and the kids truly enjoyed it!I wanted to give this a 5 star so bad, because it was great, but there needs to be some improvement in the few small areas mentioned above. We likely will be coming back again!

Perfect location if bringing your boat. The boat slip was a huge bonus. Beds were cozy and we really enjoyed watching the sunset from balcony! Will definitely return.

This property met all expectations! It was absolutely perfect for what my family envisioned. Renting a boat from dukes just around the corner and being able to use the boat slip at the condo was awesome and very convenient! Definitely will return sometime in the future!

4th of July getaway.

It was beautiful! Walking distance to the swim beach and the pool. The cove was quiet even with 4th of July. We were close to a bunch of fun stuff the lake has to offer. The kitchen was also well stocked and our kiddos loved that they had their own room and beds! Mike was very quick on getting back to me with any questions I had. He was a great host.

First family vacation at LOTO

We loved our stay at the condo, worked great for bringing our boat. It’s right in the middle of all the great options the lake offers and not far from town either.

Lake Escape Fun

The property was exactly as pictured, clean and nicely decorated! The view of the lake was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunset pictures. Having access to boat slipped was perfect for renting wave runners and the floating mat was a nice touch for just hanging out in the lake. Having the small beach area made it easy to enjoy the lake! I would highly recommend staying here! The only downside for me was the master bedroom mattress was way too soft, forced me to sleep in spare room with 14 yr. Old grandson and on couch. Otherwise, it was a perfect vacation!

Outstanding comfort & communication. Excellent condo. Spacious and very well appointed.

The condo is exactly as described. Very comfortable & clean. Owners put a great deal of forethought into the renters stay. Paper-ware was a exceptional idea. The bar on the patio balcony really added to that great space! Stellar communication. Ease to the boat slip was excellent. We would definitely stay here again! Small considerations might be to add a bit more room to hang clothing in the master and possibly a curved shower bar in the one bathroom.

Golf getaway

Great location, Very nice condo with everything needed.

Great location, very close to everything and a well appointed condo. Owners communication was great with any questions. Great view from the balcony overlooking the boat slips and the main channel. Easy access to our boat in the covered slip. Swimming pool and beach just steps away. We will be back. Brian

Fabulous condo & host!!

Been coming to LOTO for years. Mike is the best host we’ve ever had. He quickly responded to questions, had great communication including automated text reminders. Mike offered us early check in, the option to add additional days to our stay, & even checked on us via text after a night of severe weather. Only Eight steps into condo. Condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had bonuses such as k-cups to get you started, extra pool towels and pool noodles, and a pack-n-play. 40ft Boat slip is in great shape and close to condo. Welcome guide was very helpful (suggest adding spectrum channel guide-we finally found it in the footstool lol). Condo is within minutes of town by land and centrally located on mm 21 close to all the popular waterfront entertainment reachable by boat. Highly recommend booking sandy feet retreat with Mike! 🏖️😎

Home away from home

We was super pleased with the area, the condo, the communication with the property manager was amazing. We really enjoyed our time relaxing, watching the boats go by from the deck.

I am from Omaha, NE and have lived there most of my life. Me and my family love coming to the Ozarks. There is so many fun things to do and see. It has a small town feeling, but has big city fun!

We picked the Ledges because of it's location. You are right in the middle of everything by land or by water.

Our property is unique in that it is one of the few condo projects in LOTO with a sandy beach! It is so fun for the kiddos to be able to walk in and have the experience of swimming in a lake. I also take great pride in being responsive to my guests and making sure they have a 5-star stay.
