About CHECK-IN:
Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out is at 11 am. The Island on Lake Travis is a gated community, and you will need an access code for the island gate and your Villa. Check-in info and access codes will be provided 1 day before. Maximum 4 guests are allowed. Covered, reserved, free parking is available in the garage. Keyless, coded lock door for easy access. Complimentary initial supplies are provided. Please bring your own supplies/ groceries for extended stays. No pets are allowed per HOA policy.

About KITCHEN:
A full kitchen, equipped with all cooking needs like pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, water glasses, wine glasses, basic spices, coffee maker, lemon squeezer, wine/ beer opener, scissors, knives set, toaster and blender. Cleaning supplies, fire extinguisher and, laundry detergent are under the sink. Brand new, clean, refrigerator with ice maker. No gas-burning appliances, so no carbon monoxide detector is required. The washer and Dryer are available in a small room next to the kitchen. Please clean the lint before you use the Dryer.

About MASTER BEDROOM:
Enjoy a blissful night's sleep on a comfortable queen-size bed in a lockable bedroom. Soft and clean white bed linens. Alarm clock, USB charger and power outlets right on the side table. In the closet, you will find clean, fresh linen, towels, pillows, swimming pool towels, hangers, Iron board, and Iron. In the closet by the main entrance door, you will find broom, mop and vacuum cleaner. Only use swimming towels at the swimming pool, not the white towels.

About LIVING / SITTING ROOM:
A comfortable sofa with a nice bed that sleeps 2. Beautiful, Clean, white linen for a good night's sleep. A large 55 inch, 4K Smart TV with Roku and pre subscribed Netflix, Amazon Prime (Use Island Guest profile), and many other channels. Free Wi-Fi internet access inside the villa and all common areas.

About DINING SPACE:
A modern dining table with 2 benches to comfortably seat 4. A bar table with 4 bar stools can also be used for dining, computer work, etc.

About BATHROOM:
A clean bathroom with massaging shower. Fresh white towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and, hair dryer.

About BALCONY:
A beautiful waterfront large balcony with a romantic day bed, comfortable patio table, and chairs to relax and enjoy drinks. Enjoy beautiful nature, birds, boats, beach homes, and scenery from the balcony.

Free covered parking in assigned space is provided. Parking directions will be provided 1 day before via Airbnb message.

Failure of Host to communicate property water outage

We contacted the host, regarding a lack of water on the first day of our stay. This was only at the kitchen sink. The next day - today, we had water in the bathroom early, but without notice, it was cut off! I learned that notices were sent to owners last week and again yesterday. The host not relaying that notice is either a disconnect with the property owner or a negligence of his basic responsibility to communicate such the tenants is unacceptable. We requested some form of compensation for our frustration and inconvenience. All he did was refer us to a phone number where there was never an answer. We could only leave message.
