Great condo and view

The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. The view was perfect. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping at the mall and outlets nearby.

Great location & wonderful condo!

The condo was clean and quiet. It was very well-equipped. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The kitchen was modern with lots of cookware. The communication with Donna was wonderful and prompt. Great experience!

Beach weekend

Great location. Very clean.Property manager very responsive. Had AC issue and property manager had repair completed within 2 hours.Unit could use some updated flooring. Overall a great weekend.

Annual Ormond Beach vacation

We have stayed in this building multiple times. This particular unit was not the nicest. It needs some updateing but it was clean and served its purpose. The veiw was beautiful and my 2 young granddaughters loved body boarding and the pool.

Clean, safe, family friendly

This property is well maintained and in a very safe and convenient location. The responsibilities for renters were reasonable. The only issue I had was that I was told I would receive check in procedures the morning of our reservation. I didn’t hear from any one despite attempts to contact the property manager. I eventually contacted VRBO directly and they helped me secure the check in procedures. The property manager later explained she was waiting for the unit to be cleaned before providing the check in process. While I understood that, it still was unsettling to me since we were enroute to the location with no idea of how to get into the property. My anxiety would have been relieved had she responded to my email and phone message explaining that…instead of me going through VRBO. That being said…there were no other issues during our stay. The unit was nice and clean. Great location. We really love this part of Ormond Beach.

We apologize for any anxiety you may have experienced in regards to the check in details. You received an email upon booking that you would receive check in instructions the morning of arrival 3 days prior to check in indicating you will receive all instructions once the unit is clean and ready. We had guests that checked out at 10 am the day you were to arrive so we cannot give access until unit is clean and ready. Again, sorry if this caused you anxiety. Otherwise, glad you enjoyed your stay at our place!
