We are return guests at this unit and love its location. Excellent communication with the host, beds are comfortable, and we love the pool at the resort.

Very clean place. Family loved the big couch. The lanai is a great and peaceful hangout. Modern and clean appliances, some were brand new. We enjoyed an amazing week in Naples!

Wonderful stay in Naples. Everything as expected and better. The condo layout worked perfectly with two separate rooms and washrooms. Location is out of the way and yet close to all that Naples offers. Would gladly stay again.

Superb location

Walk to 4 excellent restaurants including one on property along with grocery store and drug store. No need to fight Naples traffic!

Great Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at Park Shore Resort. The unit was clean, comfortable, and made for the perfect home base during our trip. Communication with the host was excellent—especially helpful given our late arrival and early departure. Everything was seamless. Would absolutely stay again!

A Fabulous Stay!

Adorable, roomy, and well kept unit a short walk to downtown and Whiskey Row. Lovely terrace with views of snow covered mountains. Larry was easy to reach and answered all of our questions quickly. I will definitely stay here again!

Nice condo near the beach

We really did like this condo. It was near good restaurants and the beach. The owner might want to leave instructions on how to use the thermostat.

Great stay

This lovely property is conveniently located in Park Shore near Pelican Bay. Incredibly clean and well appointed condo has a great view of a lovely lake surrounded by mature trees and flowering bushes. Ducks swim by and a fountain adds the sound of water. On-site restaurant is top notch. Smooth arrival and departure. Enjoyed my stay very much.

amazing view

This place is a gem. I loved the balcony and would often times sit there--so peaceful. The owners thought of everything as far as a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend. Although Naples itself proved to be a bit "high-end" for us, this place was AMAZING!!

Wedding Weekend

Service was excellent and host was absolutely amazing. The property has everything you need and more. The host leaves no stone unturned from beach chairs, to washing detergent and even some complimentary drinks in the fridge. 5***** place and service!!

Great property

For an older style property this apartment has been well maintained and extremely well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Attention to detail very good with some nice extras - drinks in fridge, room spray, plenty of toiletries etc. Would definitely recommend this apartment and I am sure if we are in the USA again we would stay there.

Will be back

Not for partying but beautiful spot (trust the pics). Things for kids to do (tennis, pickle ball, basketball hoop). Close to everything you need. Me and the hubby will be back without the kids.

The condo was perfect for my teenage son, his friend and my 10 year old daughter. Very clean, updated unit with new washer/dryer and dishwasher. Extremely well equipped with everything and more that we needed for a week long stay. Very pretty view of the landscaped property and fountain, beautiful flowers everywhere. Short walk over the bride to an awesome pool, eveyone there super nice. Easy access to new grills which made dinner easy. We rented bikes from bike shop a short walk away. Nice, short, no traffic ride to Seagate beach for beautiful sunsets. Loved the restaurant on site, Hogfish Harry's with the best happy hour around, amazing value. Great food and atmosphere, easy access from the pool. Would definitely return for nexr visit to Naples.

Repeat stay - lovely condo!

This is the second year we've stayed in this condo. It's so clean, comfy beds, and a great location. Park Shore is going through a property management change, so things like Wi-Fi are a bit spotty right now just FYI, but that's out of the control of the owners. Like I shared last year, the only thing I'd add are some light-blocking curtains in the bedrooms.

We love Park Shore!

Great property! Everything looked just like the photos. The new rugs in the bedrooms are very nice, and the new lanai is fantastic. We even cooked a small Thanksgiving dinner, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I can possibly think to improve is to add some type of light-blocking curtains to the left bedroom. There are only some sheer curtains right now.

Dis-appointed

Not enough hot water for all adults, to shower when using both showers. Mattress saggy, Pillows hard. Renovation going on. Elevator broke, all luggage needs to be carried up flights of stairs.

Lindsey, Thanks for your comments we appreciate all comments. The elevator was being replaced with a new one and we did offer services from our team to help with luggage. The elevator is working again. The complex is undergoing a restoration project for fantastic new Lanais. We're sorry if this disturbed your stay. Regarding the hot water, never had any issues with it before but if you were trying to have 2 showers at once, then yes it probably will run out quicker.
