Comfort meets modern in this light, airy and minimalistic apartment. Set in a Grecian style, this Simon’s Town-based apartment offers unparalleled sea views. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee on the front patio and watching the sunrise over the ocean, breathing in the salty sea air, and watching the early morning boaters.
This 3-level apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, cupboard space, and private lounge areas all with gorgeous views of the ocean and outdoor patios where you can sit and watch the boats going to and from the harbor. The separate lounge areas are a treat for 2 couples traveling that value their own privacy.
The shared lounge area which is on the middle floor is an open plan with a kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with all you’ll need to make a heart meal at home.
We have a TV with Netflix and a dining table overlooking the beachfront, dining with a view.
There is a garage, it will fit a regular-sized car. It is not automated, it is a manual garage.

We have a UPS set up at the property that will keep the wifi running for 2-3 hours during load shedding which is a huge benefit.
We also offer 2 rechargeable electric lanterns that light up when loadshedding starts, they can also charge your phone via a USB which is a great benefit.
