Perfect space to relax with family and friends. Located in a unique ocean front neighborhood with just a short walk to direct beach access, perfect for kids and pets with no roads to cross. The home features a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with an open concept to dining and living room, updated bathrooms with all linens and towels provided. Relax on the front deck with custom adirondack chairs or enjoy the backyard featuring a covered dining space with grill to cookout on with wood burning fire pit. Private large outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Yard is completely fenced in for your 4 legged friends to enjoy with an optional dog door into the house. Neighborhood is close to many great restaurants near the beach but also conveniently located to downtown historic St. Augustine and all it has to offer.

Had a wonderful family reunion at the beach house. Perfect fenced in backyard to let the pups out for potty. Very short walk to the beach. Home was very cozy and sleeps a lot of people. Host was excellent! Definitely stay again when visiting the area.

This house was perfect for our little family get-away. It had everything necessary to prep meals and walking distance to the beach. Host was responsive and friendly. Less than a mile to grocery store and ice cream shop. We didn’t eat out but there is a lot nearby that looked appealing. I will note for future renters, the futon is what you’d expect and not the most comfortable and while the house is kid-friendly, we wish there were board games available. We enjoyed the beach but when it stormed and we were stuck indoors, there wasn’t much to do. We would definitely rent again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. I was impressed by its cleanliness when we walked it. Host quickly answered any questions I had. The beach was 6 minute walk and just beautiful. It was a wonderful vacation !!

Perfect Location for beach and historic st Augustine!

This place is perfectly situated within a very short walk to beach access used only by those in the neighborhood and a short drive to the historic areas of St Augustine. Spacious bedrooms rooms, enough space for 8 adults to hang out comfortably, and lovely outdoor areas to enjoy the weather!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house so much! I was thankful to walk in and smell and see how clean it was! Plenty of towels, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and all the cute beach decorations made for such an easy, relaxing stay! The outdoor shower is huge! The outdoor space had all the extra touches just like the indoor space had! Plenty of space and places to sit and sleep, and just a great layout overall! This place has it all, is just a very short walk to the beach, and such a great location with so many stores and restaurants so close!

We (and our dog!) had a great time

We thank our host for a great stay. The house was just as described--we loved the deck out front, the quiet neighborhood, easy beach access, and fantastic showers! The beds were comfy, the decor cute, and our dog loved being able to run around the backyard. We would recommend and stay again!

What a sweetlittle place!

There were so many wonderful things about this house, like falling asleep to the sound of the waves, and the comfy living/ dining area, and things it was unfortunately a little chilly to do like eat outside and use the outdoor shower. Loved it, next time I'll stay longer!

We had a great stay at this property. Clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, and we appreciated that a lot of the beach items were provided. Very short walk to the beach.

Close to the beach, restaurants and downtown. Cute home with plenty of space for family. Very clean. Background was nice. Host was quick to reply. Would recommend as we plan to book again
