The apartment is absolutely perfect for a stay in downtown Frederick. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and it’s centrally located making it super easy to walk to everything. The hosts were very communicative, and the early check-in and late check-out made our lives very easy.

Wonderful hosts with great communication. The apartment id a great place to stay in downtown Fredrick. Parking can be tricky on the weekends as it is crowded but there are a lotof garages nearby. The only thing is be prepared to climb some stairs with your luggage but would definitely stay again!

This home was exactly as described and photos. Very clean. Right in the heart of downtown. Didn’t need a car at all. We wanted to be near the river walk and you are only a couple buildings away. At night you could see all the city life. But couldn’t hear it. I would definitely come back. Ava was very responsive. Home as all the extra amenities. Soaps, coffee, creamer, spices. We had an Uber from the airport as we didn’t need a car at all. Everything is in easy walking distance

We loved our stay here..the best location and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever had at a rental! Our host was superb and very clear with directions to get to the property and info about the property. It was also very quiet! Some stairs to climb but that didn’t bother us at all, we lnew about them and packed light!

Great Location in the heart of Frederick

The place was exactly as advertised in the photos. The location is fantastic - walkable throughout the city. And, parking was easy to sort out in the garage nearby. A nice apartment with character!

I can’t recommend this host and this apartment enough. They weren’t kind to me during my stay and checked in on me during some bad weather. It’s clean, peaceful and beautiful! (You will love the wall mural!)

This was such a great stay! the host made a great effort of showing hospitality and answering any of our questions promptly. They truly made sure that everything was simple and pleasant for us during our stay. the check in process was easy to navigate and the place itself was wonderful! a very clean space and a comfortable interior that really makes you feel at home. the kitchen was easy to use and had plenty of dish ware, pots, pans, etc; to make having a night in a breeze. the location itself was very convenient as well with plenty of shopping, parks, and restaurants all nearby. this should be a go-to spot when staying in downtown!

Host communicated very well, gave good directions to rental and how to locate and easily access property. The location on Market Street in the heart of downtown Frederick is wonderful, especially during Christmas week. Host was always available by text and was helpful throughout our 7 day rental. The apt is fabulous, very well appointed and comfortable, from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom, and very clean. This was the best apartment we have ever rented anywhere.

Great Property

I highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a place in the heart of downtown. Can’t beat the location. In addition, it was super clean with everything you’ll need for your stay. Finally, the communication and hospitality from the renters were outstanding. Will definitely book again.

I had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. I am local to the area, and it was a wonderful staycation. I location is very central to downtown Frederick. I was SO CLOSE to all my favorite reasturants. The hosts were very responsive and made sure I was comfortable for my entire stay. They offered late check out since no one was coming behind me. They made everything easy and the apartment had everything I needed. 10/10 would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We went for the Fire and Ice festival. Location was perfect. We parked and never used the car. We could walk to breweries, the canal, restaurants... The place was spotless. Loved the fireplace heater. Stocked with snacks, condiments, toiletries. Would definitely stay again.
