Hot Tub, Fireplace & Deck BBQ – Modern Tahoe Cabin
** Brand New Hot Tub for the Winter Season! **
Welcome to our beautifully-remodeled and furnished modern mountain cabin: *Incline85 Lake Tahoe*. Enjoy the best of all worlds--a family-friendly, stylish vacation experience in our centrally-located modern Tahoe mountain home.
Nestled among the pines and mountain-fresh air, this beautifully-remodeled mountain home is just minutes to skiing, golf, hiking, mountain biking, restaurants, and of course the crystal-clear and unimaginably-beautiful Lake Tahoe!
This modern mountain home has been completely remodeled and has everything you'd need for a cozy and fun-filled vacation! Whether it's for a couple's retreat, a family vacation, a golf or ski weekend, or a ladies' getaway, Incline85 is the place!
Get out and enjoy the limitless outdoor activities that Lake Tahoe has to offer, winter or summer. Or, stay in and enjoy the cozy sofa and seating around the real wood fireplace, cook in the fully-equipped kitchen, eat and sit on the large deck with BBQ and outdoor table, or plan a game night with the plethora of fun games stored away in the TV console. As a treat for anyone over 40, peek inside the left side of the TV console....yes! A REAL DVD player with some classics! Or cozy up with a throw pillow and blanket and stream & chill until you fall asleep, ready for another day.
Master Bedroom: This main bedroom ("The Desert Sand Room") is super cozy with an ultra-plush queen bed and bedding, an en-suite bathroom, a large closet, luggage racks, and a slider out to a private bottom deck. The bedside lamps are touch-controlled and also have a USB port for charging your devices while you sleep--no more searching for a plug to charge your devices overnight!
Bedroom Two: This large room ("The Blue-Grey Room") also has a plush queen bed, a large closet, a sitting chair, and the beautiful nightstands also have a USB port at the back for charging your devices overnight--luxury AND convenience!
This room also has the house iron and ironing board in the closet.
Bedroom Three: "The Bunk Room". This little room packs a punch with a solid-wood, THREE-bed bunk (a secret trundle bed pulls out from underneath), each bed with it's own power color! Choose wisely. :)
This room also has quite a large closet for any storage needs.
Bathrooms: The two main bathrooms have everything you need: a hairdryer in each, body soap, towels/washcloths/hand towels, Kleenex, poo-spray ("for your roommate"), and extra TP....which you shouldn't need, because both come with a bidet! If you have never used a bidet, try it...trust us... ;)
The master "Desert Sand" bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
Living Room: This is the hang-out room, so cozy up and do...whatever! (just please be kind to the furniture--it's nice!).
Light a fire, play some games, stream Harry Potter movies on the 65" 4k Dolby Atmos TV (yes, I love Harry Potter movies!), pull up a side table and an ottoman and relax with an Old Fashioned and the family (love those too!), or read a book in the corner reading chair. Relax and enjoy!
Dining Room: Please enjoy family and friends here at the large wood dining table for dinner, seating for 7 (or 9 if elves are seated on the bench!).
Kitchen: The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need, including a Keurig coffee-maker (pots or single cups), dining ware for 8 (plus some plastic for kids), cooking utensils, mixing bowls, a strainer, a grater, bottle/wine openers, glass pans, knives, and even some hot sauces!
Laundry & Powder Room: Behind the kitchen is a full laundry room (detergent provided) and the half-bath for the main floor. There is also a little "cocktail/bar" area for opening wine or making cocktails.
Deck/Patio: Please enjoy sitting out on the peaceful deck--you will likely see more Blue Jays than people! Enjoy your morning coffee among the little critters, a nice lunch at the deck table, or an evening BBQ with the provided BBQ and propane. Ahh, summertime!
There is also a private deck below off the master bedroom with ground-level access.
You will receive a personal keycode for entry, which will only be valid for your stay.
Guests can contact me via the Airbnb app, which I monitor regularly - I manage the property remotely and am always available for guests. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there are any concerns with your stay or with the property itself.
Want to know more about this beautiful mountain cabin? The town of Incline Village? The shops and great restaurants? Activities to do? I got your covered!
Incline Village is a down-to-earth, private community with a local feel that you really can't get from other places around lake Tahoe. Nestled amongst the pines at 6,000 feet elevation, there are incredible views of the mountains and the lake, and the weather is favorable year-round, with plenty of sunshine and cool, pleasant evenings to balance out those hot summer days.
As a guest in the Village, you'll have access to Incline's private beaches, which are very well taken care of, and local amenities including a modern gym, an Olympic swimming pool, and tennis and basketball courts. There are plenty of kid-friendly areas to swim and play at Burnt Cedar Beach and Incline Beach even has live music during happy hours. Can't beat it!
If hunger strikes, you can check out the variety of delicious options in the area. Fine diners will want to visit local treasures like Bite, Le Bistro, and Lone Eagle Grill, while those looking for more casual eats have plenty of tasty restaurants to choose from. There really is almost every type of modern cuisine, from classics like burgers, pizza, and hearty gourmet sandwiches, to more worldly fare like sushi, tapas, or Thai food. Guests looking to cook at home or stock up on supplies for their stay can take advantage of Raley's supermarket nearby. They offer a full wine and liquor section, a great deli, a variety of fruits and vegetables, and other essentials like coffee and sunscreen!
In and around the Village there are endless year-round outdoor recreation opportunities for boating, fishing, paddleboarding, hiking, and mountain biking. There is an absolutely gorgeous pedestrian trail along the lake for riding bikes or taking a walk or jogging. Summertime guests also should not miss the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival which puts on some of the Bard's best works in one of the most picturesque settings around! The festival has plenty of food and drink to round out the experience. Winter guests will appreciate how close we are to Lake Tahoe's world-class ski areas, including family-friendly Diamond Peak resort, Mt. Rose, Northstar, Heavenly Valley, and Squaw Valley.
Incline Village is about a 3.5-hour drive from the San Francisco area, 2 hours from Sacramento, and 35 minutes from Reno. Guests from farther away can fly to Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and rent a car or take the North Lake Tahoe Express bus from the airport to Lakeshore Dr at Country Club Dr, which operates three times daily. If a train is more your style, Amtrak operates a train from Sacramento to Truckee Amtrak Station once per day.

Informazioni sull’host
Host: Ben

Hi there! I am a techie and real estate professional and I also play live music and love the outdoors! I have an Australian cattle dog named Taco. I travel a lot for business and pleasure. I have worked quite a bit in Latin America and I speak Spanish!
Perché ha scelto questa struttura
My Lake Tahoe cabin, Incline85, is the perfect hybrid in Incline Village--it is not a small, stuffy condo (there are a LOT of those here!) and it is neither a ginormous, expensive house (there are also a lot of those!). Rather, it is a rather spacious and updated modern mountain cabin. I have spent a lot of time and effort to provide all of the best amenities, furniture, beds linens, nice towels, kitchen items, and family games and movies!
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
Just minutes (really!) to 3 great golf courses, Lake Tahoe (1 mile!), a multitude of ski mountains (Diamond Peak, 8 min. Mt. Rose, 18 min!) and so many hikes and other activities, my Lake Tahoe Cabin is really in the perfect location, in the center of it all!
