This was a very nice and clean property. We felt so comfortable, it was like being at home. The host was very polite and helpful, because this was the first time we have rented an Air B&B. I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

We have stayed here several times and enjoyed it. Each time it has been clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The beds are very comfortable and the layout of the home works well for our family.

Nice clean place located near Lake Mojave

The host had great communication skills and the place worked out perfectly for us. Three adults and two teenagers had a great time.

Awesome House

The house was clean, host was very responsive. Close to Katherine’s Landing, for boating which is why we were there. Check in and check out was easy.

Wonderful home and host. We stayed just shy of two months. We did many day trips in AZ, NV, and CA. Bullhead City is very easy to get around and has many walking and hiking trails in the area.Host Mark was great to work with. He checked in to see if we needed anything or had questions. An absolute wonderful trip and home for snowbirds!!

Winter getaway

We rented this house for a month to escape the Michigan winter. The location is great with plenty of fun things to do. The house is very comfortable and Mark is very responsive. He's an excellent host.

This property is terrific! We have stayed in a few, and our only repeat booking is this property. Everything we need is available (incl AC and ceiling fans in all rooms). The most significant though to us is the hospitality and Communication with the host, Mark!! This is also the only property that we have experienced that, and it makes a big difference! We’ll back again, and again…

Perfect River Getaway

Very nice home and well appointed. The level driveway was perfect to park our truck and boat. The A/C worked well, the beds were comfortable and it was nicely decorated. All the linens were clean and fresh. We will definitely book again.

This property is located in quiet neighborhood and is well maintained. Property was very clean with plenty of additional perks (various coffee selections, spices, paper and plastic ware) that made it a great weekend getaway. Manager was quick to respond. Overall great stay and I highly recommend!

5 Stars – One of the Best Stays We’ve Had in Laughlin!We visit Laughlin every year, and this has been one of the nicest and cleanest homes we’ve stayed in. The Sunridge Estates Home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect—close to the river, casinos, and stores, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.The rental process was smooth and hassle-free. Communication with Mark was excellent—he was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, and everything was exactly as described.We highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Laughlin!
