Beautifully modern house nestled in a tranquil Florida neighborhood just 5 minutes from Sarasota's quaint downtown. Close to the best local white sand beaches (6mi to Siesta, 5mi to Lido). Luxuriously designed and stylishly decorated, with a beautifully and fully equipped kitchen, and a dreamy, tropical backyard with a brand new hot tub, sun loungers, and outdoor dining. The perfect home away from home with thoughtful details to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

As our guests you will have access to a truly fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to cook / grill a delicious meal in style. ALL the coffee supplies (including a brewed coffee maker, French Press & burr grinder). We also provide luxury citrus scented shampoos, as well as beach supplies (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cooler, few sand toys). There is a stocked laundry room on-site, and yard games (bocci & bags), perfect for the large front yard. Within walking distance from Arlington Community Center with their (paid daily pass) Aquatic Center (heated year round outdoor pools), FREE basketball & tennis courts, FREE shaded amazing outdoor playground!! And a beautiful 0.5 mile nature trail around a pond (perfect for a stroll or a jog).

The beds are incredibly comfy, with Tuft & Needle mattresses and lightweight cozy bedding for any temp. 2 KING BEDS. All rooms have room darkening plantation shutters, we also provide three DOHM white noise machines and small fans, so you can catch up on some zzzzs. Our upstairs KING and Bunk beds have newly installed Frame TVs for added comfort). The backyard only gets more cozy at night with warm ambiance of the bistro lights lighting up the tropical landscaping and our majestic Spanish oaks.

Perfect home for families

This home is spacious and newly finished with all the essentials you’ll need for the family. Everything is neatly labeled so there is no guess work. There are thoughtful details throughout that make the stay effortless. The hosts are very responsive and kind. We would gladly stay again!

A Perfect Place

We needed a place to stay with our extended family to celebrate the life of our brother who passed away. So we needed a place close to his church and his home. It was the perfect place. It was very clean, organized, comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We had a few questions and the owner responded promptly. I would definitely rent this place again.

Cutest getaway with all the extras!

This place is cozy and adorable! The backyard is super cute and the hot tub a perfect way to unwind! Ester and David’s place is decorated with modern amenities and touches, but yet very warm and cozy. Kitchen is stocked with all your spices, oils etc which truly helped during our stay! They’ve really gone above and beyond the normal Vrbo stays I’ve had.. thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

Ester and Dave have a beautiful Vrbo. Not only was it located just outside of downtown Sarasota, it is in a wonderful neighborhood full of amenities we could access every day. The house was fully equipped to handle all our needs. Wonderfully decorated and cozy, we all felt right at home. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us!

Stylish and comfortable. A foodies dream!

Beautiful property and home. Impressively stocked kitchen. Had everything you could ask for and then some! I was able to cook several great meals and enjoyed using a French press coffee maker for the first time. The only thing missing were dish rags to wipe off counters and dishes. Also no boxes of tissues. Not a huge deal but wished we had that every day. First impressions: ceilings were low. Would not be great for anyone over 6’. And space was smaller than it appeared online but not uncomfortably small. We had room for 8 of us to move around. The master bedroom and one upstairs bedroom were spacious! The other two rooms were tight but ok for kids. Bathrooms were great. Backyard was family friendly and fun! Only other thing I can think to suggest to owners would be to add a small lamp on the dresser in the Master to put on makeup so someone else can use the bathroom. We had a great time. Thank you for opening up your home. Made some fun memories 😊

Beautiful home

This home is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. We had an issue with the water, and she responded right away to my call. The issue was from a water line being broken due to construction down the street. She offered to bring us bottled water and buy us lunch for the inconvenience. This home is conveniently located to beaches and restaurants.

Hi there! We are Ester & David. We've been married for 20 years, love to adventure together, meet new people, and seek out our favorite local gems. We love coffee, and lingering with close friends over an amazing dinner and a glass of wine.

Wherever we go, wherever we stay, we try to connect exploring and adventuring, and yet kinda feeling like the locals and taking everything in at a slower pace. Slow mornings are our vibe, an evening with a favorite show is our favorite way to unwind.

Together we have renovated 4 Airbnb properties in the past couple of years, turning them into lovely homes available for short stays, and we absolutely love to share them with our guests, letting you in on all our local favs, and ways to have a beautiful & fun experience. We LOVE Sarasota! David has been coming here since he was a kid, on family vacation and to visit relatives, I (Ester) pretty much fell in love with it the moment I laid my eyes on it, 20 years ago on our honeymoon! There's something about this quaint cozy SRQ downtown, the beaches are gorgeous! The area is kept up nicely and so much fun to visit, without being too snobby. Beauty, good food, amazing sand, palm trees. We love it! And, we hope you do too!

We have put lots of love and thought into equipping our ARLI HAUS in everything you will need to have a great time. If you appreciate beautiful design, midcentury modern boho aesthetic, you will love our vibes! We've tried to think of every detail! Down to ambient, dimmable lighting, colors, and small little comforts (like hooks behind all doors so you have a place to hang wet towels).
