Beautiful condo with a spectacular view. Great location and quick walk to the beach. All basic needs were available. Communication was easy, quick and clear.

Awesome Stay - Highly Recommend

This condo hit it out of the park for us! Great location, easy access to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. Zero complaints. The on-site amenities included within SeaScape were an added bonus. We adapted quickly after arriving to a clean, nicely decorated & cozy unit. The wrap around balcony had excellent views. Pre-arrival communication was on point, easy. Everything worked well, the beds were comfortable, our stay was better than expected.

Amazing vacation at a gorgeous place!!!

We had an amazing vacation in Miramar Beach and one of the highlights was the beautiful condo we rented - it was absolutely perfect so clean. The process was easy and we loved everything about it. The property was great. The location was great. The views were amazing!!! highly recommended, and we will be back!!!

Amazing value for this property. Location is amazing, layout is great and balcony to die for

We will definitely be back in this unit. Clean, modern, spacious and the location is perfect. Lots of pool space too

Great location and nice condo. Only small complaint is that no coffee filters found or gold filter for daily use. I usually don’t take coffee filters on my flights.

This place was so nice. Corner unit, great views. It has everything you need. The pools are great. Never felt crowded. We would definitely stay again. The management responded quickly.

Good location and property management

This is a great location for beach and pool access. The condo was as described, but the bed in one of the guest rooms was uncomfortable and squeaks every time you move. We also had a cleanliness issue caused by the people who’d stayed before us. This was handled extremely well by the property management team and cleaning staff, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, this would be a great spot if the bed was updated.

We'll Be Back!!

We, loved so much about this unit. And Michael deserves a superhost plus rating because his response time to issues was quick and resolved whatever problem, question or concern we had. We had one issue with the master bedroom television and within an hour he had a Roku package delivered to our door . The unit needs some touch up work with paint and bedding but Michael informed me that is in the works once peak season in over. I can't wait to return. The pictures are as described.. An overall beautiful stay on that property.

First time staying at Aerial Dunes. We have stayed at some others in the area. The location was great, the room was immaculate. Very easy walk to and from the beach. Will definitely be back.
