Location, Location, Location! We stayed at this Historic Home with lots of beautiful decor and antiques. Located next to University of AZ. Shopping and restaurants across the street. Big cozy home with all the amenities. The Host was amazing with communication and will definitely be back!

Great place near U of A

We loved our stay. The home was cute and close to campus. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all of the spaces inside and outside of the house! The kitchen was well appointed with everything you might need. We cooked meals a few times and the beds were very comfortable!

Wonderful little gem in Sam Hughes!

Lovely property, clean, dearly decorated. We had a problem with the internet and the host got it fixed within minutes -- very attentive and responsive!! Would absolutely stay here again :-)

Fantastic location for UofA

The home is like a museum! There are so many artifacts and interesting objects. The house was great and walking distance to the campus. Easy to communicate with the owners as well.

Girls getaway

We had a wonderful girls getaway. The last few years we have attended the annual bead show and this was definitely the best! SO great to come back in evening and relax in a homey atmosphere. Thank you!

Family gathering

Great location for Tucson and UofA. Cool place with plenty of space inside and out. Decor is unique and gave us lots to look at. Only issue is limited parking and the parking that is available is tight.

This property is a charming 1920s house in an historic neighborhood that is close to the University of Arizona campus, historic 4th Avenue, and downtown. The inside of the house would be a delight for anglophiles or anyone interested in British colonialism as it is filled with art and artifacts from that period.

Convenient and Cozy

Good location, very clean. Dining table and chairs should be upgraded. The property manager was very helpful and responded to our questions promptly.

Great place with amazing charm!

We so appreciate working with Bree at the last minute since our original property was cancelled just hours before check-in (on Christmas Eve!) They were so accommodating! The property is very unique and has a lot of charm to it. I'm glad our children are older so that we didn't have to worry about them touching the antiques and history artifacts. We had everything we needed for our stay.

This home is the full VRBO package—cozy, well-appointed, great location and a responsive host. My friend and I really enjoyed basing our Tuscon vacation here. Though it has three bedrooms, there were only two of us, and it was as if we each had an ensuite bedroom at opposite sides of the house for maximum privacy. It was a little too chilly to make use of the outdoor spaces, but they are lovely, and I can imagine great dinners, cooking and eating outside. We also enjoyed the many African- and Indian-influenced decor items from either trvels or living abroad. Thank you, Brie!
Loved the cafe lights in he front of the house—they made it easy to pinpoint where we were when returning from a neighborhood walk.

Good Location to UofA

This was a comfortable home and good walkable location to U of A campus and trolley to downtown. Unique and interesting British influenced decor. Nice back yard patio area. Host was responsive. Sam Hughes is an area of nice historic homes. This one is on a very busy street, so be aware there will be a lot of traffic noise - especially the bedroom at the front of the house.

The road construction should have been mentioned. We informed Host of needed repairs. Lack of hot water in kitchen and one bath was a bummer, but thankfully it was only 2 of us, so we shared the other shower. Older home so some things can be overlooked, very cool historic structure but the decor would be offputting for some. If you are into the colonization of the world, you’ll feel right at home. Central location, close to everything.

Charming and perfectly located

We are a group of professionals from London and San Francisco who were in Tucson for work at the nearby University. Not only was the home charming and comfortable, but the neighborhood itself was filled with character. We found it easy to get everywhere we needed to go, both by foot and by car. Inside the house the British colonial charm had us feeling right at home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The front and back patios were especially nice on warm and sunny mornings and evenings. We're very glad indeed. Now we know this charming bungalow is our preferred unwinding spot next time were in town.
