We loved the amount of space the house had, and we took advantage of the beautiful backyard pool and patio. The misters on the patio made it so comfortable to sit outside and relax despite the extreme (record) heat. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. House was in a cute, quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, hiking, and the airport. Highly recommend!

Lots of spaces for multiple families. Pool was perfect for the kids and grandkids. The outdoor patio and fireplace were perfect and we were out there every night. The host was very responsive quite accommodating. We all felt at home in this property. Also the location was very nice, central to plenty of fun activities and dining options.

Amazing place! Great location in a nice, quiet neighborhood and walking distance from some great restaurants and bars. The house itself is very clean, stocked and trendy. Plenty of space, and all the amenities. Between the pool, space to entertain, outdoor fire area, and ample amount of TV's there was no need to leave! Joe and Lakee were great hosts and made our stay very easy. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful and restful

Best VRBO property we have ever stayed at, and that saying something! Very responsive hosts and extremely clean property. Fabulous patio areas and pool. Kitchen is exceptional. Would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic ~ Clean ~ Spacious ~ with all the amenities you would need or want! This home was extensively & beautifully renovated! We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the fireplace. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and a wonderful family retreat

We loved this house. Our family has vacationed to Scottsdale for Spring Break for many years, and this was our first time staying in the Arcadia area. Such a great location in a wonderful neighborhood. The house was perfect, we had 2 children ages 5 and 6, and the living area indoors and the outdoor areas were perfect for entertaining.

Beautiful home, great location, we enjoyed our stay! Only thing was there was a bright light in the back yard that continually came on blinding those on the sofa. Once we figured out it was motion sensor we covered it with a towel to avoid being blinded!

Visiting son in Phoenix

Our stay at Lakee and Joe's place was perfect. The house was immaculate and had everything you need. The communication was great. The location was the best we've stayed in our trips to Phoenix. Great quiet neighborhood. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Great house and location for spring training

Group of 6 got to enjoy this property. We were visiting for spring training. Close to various stadium venues. Beautiful house with all the amenities you could want. Clean and very well maintained property. Would definitely rent again when visiting the area.

Arcadia Living at its Best

This is our go to house to stay at whenever we visit Phoenix. The hosts Lakee and Joe are always attentive and want to make sure that you have a great time. The house is clean, has everything that you need for a long weekends stay, and the indoor/outdoor living is what makes this house special. It’s close to local favorites such as JTs, Century Grand, and Trevor’s. We look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful House

We loved everything about this house. We were visiting our son who attends ASU for family weekend and had the best time. The house has everything you need, beautifully decorated. Warm inviting feeling and is dog friendly. We will absolutely be back!

Amazing home

The home was spectacular - amazing rooms, back yard and so many areas to hang out in. The hosts were extremely generous in leaving us a welcome drink and allowing us to eat/drink/use anything in the home! Truly could not have asked for a better experience. Wish we could’ve stayed there forever!

Fantastic outdoor space!

we absolutely loved this home - the best part was the perfect outdoor space - pool, gas fireplace and outdoor heater, plus the massive TV's. we "hung out" the entire time outdoors even during the cool evenings, as the heater and fireplace made it very cozy. Great communication with Lakee - she is awesome. Great location - so close to all restaurants and in a very nice neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Indoor/Outdoor Oasis

This is the perfect entertaining house with the indoor/outdoor living amenities. The bi-folding doors that lead out to the charming outdoor seating area was perfect, and the large folding door above in the kitchen that looks out to the pool was great as well! The location is in Arcadia, with so many great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. Lakee was a wonderful host and she made sure that we had everything needed for our stay.

5-Star Beautiful home with all the amenities

We stayed for a long weekend with friends while working on projects for our business. We couldn’t have picked a better place! Every detail you could think of is covered (and those you didn’t think of)! So many choices on where to hang out and we used them all. Everything is so well thought through to ensure a fantastic stay and that’s what we had! Check in and out was easy and communication was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Best House in Arcadia

This was our 2nd time staying here and we had just as an amazing time as we did the 1st time we stayed. The location of the house is close to all the best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in Arcadia, which makes it easy to head out on the town for a bit, and then back home. The house has an open layout with a great indoor/outdoor living vibe, so you’re able to enjoy the cool AZ nights but still be in the pool during the day and escape the heat. The hosts are responsive and truly want you to enjoy your stay. 10 out of 10!

Backyard paradise !

This property was everything we had hoped it would be! Comfortable, clean , and safe . The kitchen was awesome, had everything we needed and more. The part we enjoyed the most was the yard . The pool,the misters , 2 TVs and 2 covered patios and a good sound system. It really felt like our own little retreat . The owners were incredibly accessible and responsive . They seemed to really care that we enjoyed our time there . We would definitely stay there again and recommend you do too!

Perfect Setup

What a great property. Lakee and Joe were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and accommodating. Everything you would want was available on site. The location of the property is great, close to airport, downtown Scottsdale, grocery stores & restaurants. The property is ideal for relaxing, even with a large group. TV's everywhere which was great for watchin the Final Four. We can't say enough about the property and the memories we made while we were there. Look forward to coming back again. Thanks Lakee & Joe.

Adorable Arcadia Home Might Be The Nicest One Yet

I have stayed at a lot of very very nice homes over the years. From beach homes in Hawaii to Seaside Charmers in Gig Harbor, Washington...nothing beats this house. I made Thanksgiving dinner here. I was nervous there wouldn't be much in terms of cookware/utensils. I packed so much...I needed none of it. Everything has been thought out. There is absolutely every appliance and type of kitchen tool you can think of. I got some ideas for my own kitchen as well! The outdoor area is perfect. The heater made any time pleasant. It was so peaceful reading outside in a blanket. The neighborhood is lovely and I'd encourage walks to the local eateries. This is also one of the cleanest homes I have rented. Everything was in such good condition, the furniture was comfortable, there are dozens of games, there are so many places to just curl up with a book. The owner was amazing and we had a fantastic holiday.
