Sunny Daze Tiny Cottage, sleeps 2 adults
This adorable tiny cottage is a perfect get-away for a couple or solo-traveler. This sweet little guesthouse features a full-sized bed, kitchenette, bathroom/shower as well as a fenced-in backyard with a large relaxing pond in the front yard. The home is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants & pubs!
Our tiny 350 sq. ft. beach cottage is situated on the Northside and is just about a 5 minute walk to the beach! Our place is within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, coffee shops, bike & kayak rentals.
The cottage is on the SAME PROPERTY as the main house which we also rent out. So you will pass fellow guests in the front yard only. The cottage and backyard are completely separate. This cottage is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just off an unpaved road on the North-end of Tybee (less crowded beaches); yet only 1 mile from the action of Tybee’s main hot spot “Tybrisa Street’.
This little cottage is completely furnished, including a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee and creamer), and all essential flat ware (utensils, plates, glasses). The bed is FULL size and has a very nice firm mattress. The living space is shared with the bedroom and includes sofa where you can sit and enjoy a 32 inch HD-TV that includes a roku for streaming in case you feel like staying in and relaxing. The TV has HDMI inputs, so feel free to bring your devices.
Tybee Island is a funky, colorful, little island. Our cottage is on the quiet side of the island (North Beach)... Thus, beach access is less crowded. It also has many attractions such as: Dolphin tours, kayak and jet ski rentals, bike paths, climb the famous Lighthouse, or visit the Marine center. There are numerous activities to do on Tybee, we have a guide booklet that lists the all the additional attractions.
Jaycee Park is a 3-minute walk. The park has scenic streams with turtles, basketball court, softball field, playground, picnic tables and grills. Beautiful live oak trees and a peaceful walking/bike path. Never a boring day on Tybee!
5-15 min walking distance to our favorite pubs/restaurants: Huca-poos, Chamacho Tacos, Cockspur Grill, Sundae Cafe, Sea Wolf, North Beach Grill and the Quarter Bar & Grill.

This place was amazing! It was so clean and colorful and within a perfect walking distance to the beach. All of the amenities that we needed for a week at the beach were there and Gina was amazing and friendly and helpful.

Gina was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay! It was a great place for a getaway and a close walk to the beach.

Gina was a wonderful host and made sure to keep in touch with us to ensure we had a great stay! Lodging was just perfect for just the two of us and had everything that we needed. We made use of the beach wagon that was available for us to borrow. I would definitely recommend!

Super close to the beach, super cute and cozy. Had enough room inside and the outside area was perfect. The trash can is super satisfying to open and close. Just a wonderful time overall. 10/10

This place was adorable and fit our needs perfectly. Gina the host was right on top of everything and her communication was excellent. It is just for one or two people though. We enjoyed our stay and wish it would have been during cooler weather so we could enjoy the lovely private patio.

Cute little private place nestled in a quiet neighborhood on the north end, easily walkable to North beach and they even provided umbrellas, beach chairs a little cooler and a wagon to haul it all!

Perfect weekend!
Place is perfect size and clean! It’s convenient to everything and the host was not only responsive to questions but offered suggestions around the area. Cant wait to stay again!

Quaint cottage
We loved our stay at Gina’s cottage. It was perfect for the two of us. We really enjoyed the front yard and private courtyard. It’s in a great quiet neighborhood and my favorite part of the island. We would stay here again!

Adorable little place, clean, cute had everything we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and some of the other things we wanted to see. Keep in mind it is a tiny house so if you are of a larger stature it might not be for you but we absolutely loved it!

The cottage was adorable, the perfect size for just me. The outdoor area was nice as well, great for relaxing after a day of exploring. I also really appreciated that the owner left a beach cart and other beach items for use. They came in very handy. All in all, a great experience.

Tiny Cottage with everything you need!
We absolutely loved our stay in Tybee! Gina was a fabulous host with great communication and awesome recommendations. The cottage is tiny, but Gina supplies it with absolutely everything you need. She makes small living feel like luxury! We will absolutely stay again and recommend to our friends and family.

New Thanksgiving Tradition?
I loved this place. I chose to spend Thanksgiving here and enjoyed this beautiful space and everything that Tybee had to offer. Gina was the best. This may be a new Thanksgiving Tradition.

Host provided good communication for arrival. Descriptions accurate. North end area, walkable to North beaches and lighthouse (10 - 15 minutes). Easy access to Hwy 80. Cottage is a clean functional small space. Kitchenette consists of sink, microwave and small coffee maker. A blender and small toaster oven in cupboard. Living space is cute one-room area. Bed could be improved with a better mattress for better support, foam topper not effective.

1. The first page in the travel booklet was about bugs being in the home. 2. The beach map that was left for us was for an inlet bay and not the actual beach. 3. The size of the home is tiny and is very difficult for 2 people to comfortably stay.

This place was excellent. It was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. The quiet north beach was close by. Our host was the best. She made us feel welcome days in advance and she was always just a message alway. She gave excellent recommendations on where to eat. Everything about the place and host was perfect.
