Seaside Getaway!

Great spot. Natchez st is the best for beach going.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice spot for two people. We had our two younger boys too and we could all stay in the house with no issues. This specific unit isn’t really ideal for cooking specifically due to counter space, but we planned to eat out most evenings so it worked well for us.

Family Spring Break

Seaside was absolutely beautiful and The Homeowners Collection was so lovely to communicate with!! Our cottage was very cozy and fit our family needs! Some things are very dated on the property and could use some touch up or replacement based on the price point. We were overall very content and would stay in Seaside again!! The front porch was our favorite spot to start and end the day!

Annual Fall Break Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great experience doesn't mean perfection on every item... It means when there is a question or concern, how was it handled. In this case we had a bit of trouble with our GPS guiding us to the wrong location and when i called (after hours) I got a great gentleman who answered second ring and guided us there, then came to make sure we got in. Also, our parking pass was missing from our packet (the only thing not there) and when i called they brought it right over with a smile. Very nice welcome gift when we walked in. It was a glorious trip that really renewed us! We are planning on coming more regularly!! Thanks!

Charming cottage with the Porch of my Dreams!

We loved being tucked back on a little sandy path, and I cherish my quiet nights on that porch drinking wine and reading while the exhausted little ones slept in their special upstairs alcove.

While it is small, we like the king size bed, soaker tub, and front porch. Easy access to the beach and family pool. Great cozy place, very close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful and cozy place for a couple or a small family. This trip it was my wife, our 3 month-old baby, and myself. There’s a set of stairs that go up to a small loft with 2 beds if you have kids old enough to climb ladders. We were just across the street from the pool and 5 min walk to the private beach. We will definitely rent again.

Lovely Cottage!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great place to stay for us. Honahlea was the perfect size for the two of us on a long weekend in Seaside. Being all on one level made the place even better. While it may seem small in the pictures, it is actually perfect for a couple. Plenty of space to move about and it is well stocked for a stay. The front porch was a fantastic place to have breakfast each morning or sip on a glass of wine in the evening.

Great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little cottage in a perfect location to the pool and beach. The lofted beds were a little too high for our young kids, you’d probably want your kids to be at least 6 to sleep up there safely. The property met all our needs although we did have a scare when my foot broke right through a rotted floorboard on the deck and narrowly missed an injury. Overall the Management company was great and we loved our stay!

Location! Location! Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little house, close to the beach and to town square. Very clean and everything you need for 2. We had 2 teenagers, who slept in the loft, but it was tight. Can’t stand up in loft and only 1 bathroom, which with 2 teen girls was a little challenging, but doable. The owner is close by and stopped to check on us. The management company was amazing. Answered immediately to any request.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage has a lovely porch. It did not have any hangers in the closet and no dresser to store clothes. Possibly a queen sized bed would allow room for clothes storage and cheap dry cleaner hangers would do. I thought the coverings on the furniture were unattractive and added to the feeling of cramped space.
