Good location close to water, local bars and restaurants. Desirable neighborhood with nostalgic flare. Not as many beds as suggested, but it still worked well for our party of 8. Close to CP and downtown Sandusky.

The location is excellent if visiting for Cedar Point. Not just close, but stress free. The Bourbon and Susi bar next door was awesome, and the staff there were great.

Convenient location, great layout for two families traveling together. New appliances, bright decor - loved the murals! And especially the complimentary coffee and retro arcade games!!

Amazing property close to Lake Erie and Cedar Point. The apartment is in an old building and has been updated nicely. Like all old buildings, you can hear the other tenants around you, which can impact if you are a light sleeper. Parking was easy. Entry was a breeze. Loved that you had a porch with chairs to enjoy the outside. Would definitely recommend this rental.

This place was great! Great location to walk to downtown Sandusky, but still nice and quiet. It was stocked with some nice amenities and made cooking a number of meals there really easy. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

We stayed for two nights. It is a few minute walk down the road until you’re at the lake. The check in process was easy. I would definitely use them again!

Very clean and had everything we needed! We maxed it out with 11 people. I felt like the ‘double trundle’ was just an XL twin, but the girls made it work. We only stayed one night for a CP trip with teenagers. I sat on the porch in the Adirondack chair for quite a while and it was very peaceful. Plenty of parking. Get Chet and Matt’s pizza! It was SO GOOD.

The house was very much as described. It was within walking distance of many downtown businesses. East to get to shopping areas and the sports center. Great apt in place of a cramped hotel room and great price for the weekend. thanks Mimi for the stay.

This property has pretty much everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Roomy, clean, modern, and the beds are comfortable. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and bars, and a close drive to anything else you might need. We were there in the coldest part of the winter, but I can imagine how much fun it would be in the summer. Highly recommend!

We just needed a place to stay since we were at Cedar Point with friends all day but this place was awesome. The kids loved the extra time with their friends and the arcade game was a nice touch!

Cedar Point Trip

The property provided us with a very good stay. The place was clean and had great amenities. The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful. If you are in town, this property is a great option!

This was the perfect spot to cool off and lay our sleepy heads after a long day at Cedar Point. The space worked perfect for the 6 of us, ages 10-46 to spread out and relax, thank you. We will be sure to look you up next time we meet up at America’s Roller Coast!

Loved it!

I thought that the location was very nice. The theme really highlighted just how close it was to the lake! The amenities were plentiful. The host was very kind and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here!
