Beautiful, light-filled private space near Santa Fe's historic Museum Hill, with completely private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen and a large shared exterior courtyard and patio. Modern touches complement Santa Fe style interior and exterior architectural features.

The space is attached to a private home, is peaceful and comfortable, and nestled in a neighborhood with mountain views and nearby trails for walking and hiking. Here you'll be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet Canyon Road, the Santa Fe Plaza and the Railyard Arts District are a short 10-minute drive away.

You'll enjoy free wifi and a 30" TV in the sitting room with complementary access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max and Disney Plus.

The home is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system, so please enjoy the delicious drinking water from the tap!

The small private kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils and a tea kettle for cooking and dining. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster and drip-coffee maker. Complementary coffees and teas are also available.

The space is cooled and heated as part of a whole-home central air/heating system. If you'd like more heat or air you'll find portable air-conditioning and heating units, as well as a fan, in your room. You'll have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen all to yourself, however, the large exterior courtyard and patio is a shared space. You may hear the happy play of two children in and around the space.

There is free on-site parking for one vehicle.

Panya was a wonderful host. She responded immediately when asked a question. The apartment was spotless and was tastefully decorated. It was close to Sante Fe, but you would need a car to get around. Would definitely need a car to get around.

The studio has a private entrance, which is a nice feature, but it is connected to the main house. The door next to the bed provides direct access between the spaces, and conversations or other noise can be easily heard from either side. Additionally, cooking aromas from the main house kitchen occasionally can make their way into the studio.Guests should also be aware that the shower is quite small, which may be uncomfortable for some. While the property is not within walking distance of restaurants, shops, or attractions, it is only a short drive from Santa Fe's main points of interest, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.The property is adjacent to a dry creek bed which provides a pleasant setting for a short walk in nature.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our listing states clearly that the guest space is attached to our private home, and that guests may hear the sounds of our children. This is an accurate description of what to expect when staying in a space connected to a residence, rather than a fully separate structure. A very lightly used storage and office space sits between the guest space and our residence, and we generally don't hear our guests at all — sound can occasionally travel, but it isn't a constant experience. Photos of the space, including the shower, are included in our listing, and we're always happy to answer questions before booking. We'll also mention, for context: we ask all guests for an arrival time so we can prepare accordingly, and we didn't hear back ahead of check-in — which meant the room wasn't quite ready when you arrived. Our apologies for that specifically. We appreciate you working with us to get settled in. We're glad the location worked well as a base for exploring Santa Fe, and we wish you well.

Panya was very warm and welcoming. The space was exactly what we needed for our visit. There was a very large, shared patio we would have used had the weather cooperated. The space was immaculate, and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for three days in Santa Fe. Praya was very friendly, although we didn't have (or need) any contact after we checked in. The apartment was clean and just as pictured. The kitchen is small but very functional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to SF!
