Fun family reunion

Property was clean. Well stocked and a delight to stay in. We enjoyed the entire resort, and will definitely return.

Great time at a fun house!

Had a big family reunion here and everything was great. The house was quite spacious with plenty to do to keep the kids occupied. The pools were great and convenient. Would recommend this property and location to others!

St. George golf trip

Great property and worked perfectly as a home base for a golf weekend. Community is nice and very clean as was the house. Some of the video games didn’t work but other than that everything was perfect.

Great place for Large Groups

Overall it was amazing for our group of 34, we fit easily into this space. There was a lot to do for everyone old and young. The pool was amazing the staff was great. I wish the pinball machine was also for free because it looked like a party. Everyone kept saying how amazing the place was and that it was a great spot that we should look into again for future stays.

Would come back a second time!

Overall INCREDIBLE experience. There were minor issues like several of the video games not working and some leftover trash/dust from prior guests, but these were far outweighed by how amazing the property and community area is. Loved going to the pool directly across the street from the house (felt like a private pool most of the time) and the water park was just a tiny walk from the house. We would definitely return to this property.

It was mostly positive. The Internet was horrible. The technician tried so hard to get it to work. We finally resolved it ourselves.

Great place but have concerns for you could get robbed.

This is an amazing resort and has a great deal to offer. The house is amazing and provides a great deal of room. However, the service really lacks. The arcades were not working and after several complaints and promises to come and fix them nothing happened. You pay a great deal to stay in this house for the arcades and the kids were very disappointed. You also have to go to the club house for anything extra. Paper towels, soap, garbage bags and more. Then we discovered that someone came into our house and stole cash in the middle of the day. That was very shocking. It was not discovered until after we had left and the resort was not helpful at all.

Hi Lisa - We sincerely apologize for the issues encountered with a couple of the many arcades in this home. We are glad several were still working for your group and have already rectified the problems identified on the others. As advised before arrival, we do provide a starter supply of household items in the villa. How quickly the starter supply is depleted widely varies from group to group. It's great to hear that the front desk was able to provide additional items for you and we will consider adding additional supplies for this home for future guests. We regret to hear that your opinion is that the theft happened at Arcadia. Santa Clara is a quiet and safe town with an exceptionally low crime rate, and Arcadia has never received feedback of this nature in the several years we've been hosting. Thank you for your review.
