We traveled with our 3 young adult daughters and the condo was perfect for us. There was plenty of space and the services were excellent. The beach view from the condo was amazing! The Villa Renaissance was small enough that we had plenty of privacy but also had all of the amenities we were looking for. Grace Bay Beach was even more beautiful than expected. We enjoyed fishing and parasailing but were also very happy to spend days lounging by the beach or pool. The location was great for walking to dinner each night and also to Island Scoop for dessert! We are already planning our next trip and would choose this location again!

Our stay at Villa Renaissance was fantastic for our group of 5. It was impeccably clean, spacious, quiet, and had a great view of Grace Bay Beach. We loved being in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the grocery store. The unit was well-stocked with everything we needed in the bathrooms and kitchen, it even had coolers and a rolling bag for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The villa was clean, check in was easy and amenities were good. Wish the pool bar was open longer, but otherwise nice location on Grace Bay close to everything.

Chelsea at the front desk is a Gem! She is personable, knowledgable, and hospitable....and just ensures your stay is top tier. Also, loved Argentina & Carolina in the Pool bar each day.Loved walking to great restaurants from the Villa Renaissance, and the bikes w/baskets are great for doing a grocery run. Highly Recommend!

This is a wonderful property. We had two sided ocean view with their sliding glass corner unit. The condo is well appointed & has everything you need. Great pool, steps to the beach with chairs & umbrellas. Floaties you can borrow. Chelsea up front was so nice & helped us make reservations & ordered a car service for us. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. We sat outside on patio with coffee in the morning & a glass of wine at night. Game night at the dining table. Would recommend & would definitely stay again!

Second visit to Villa Renaissance. Love the property. Staff is great (especially bar and beach folks!). Fair price for great location both beachside and street side. Overall I give the entire property a 5. However our Unit was tired. It’s a great corner unit with outstanding views. A few needed improvements to keep the unit at par. Pillows stink. Blinds in primary bath are cheap and broken. Toilet seat was broken. Shower head in primary was cheap and unacceptable. There should be a minimum standard and unfortunately this unit has fallen below that. Overall big Villa Renaissance fan though.

We only stayed one night and it was beautiful! The doors opened up to let the breeze off the ocean in. We will definitely stay again. The bar also had good drinks, and there were restaurants and stores within walking distance. The view was stunning of the ocean. The pool was beautiful.

Great Family Spot

Enjoyed stay with our adult children. Very clean property and super friendly staff. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening gathering on balcony. Great location right in the middle of Grace Bay Beach.
