We enjoyed the pool every day. Beautiful back yard to entertain in. The pictures of this place online do not do it justice! It’s beautiful, open floor plan, tastefully decorated. Well stocked kitchen for cooking purposes! Loved our stay here!

Property is great. Relatively short drive to Phoenix. Area was peaceful and quiet. Property owner communicates very well and was very accommodating.

Great stay

Davey is a fantastic host. He is super attentive. Really clean place and well stocked. It was perfect for us.

No garage parking. This is a big deal in August and should be communicated by the host before the booking is confirmed. (A completely different property the host communicated that the thermostat could not be adjusted. I appreciated that heads up and did not book). Not being able to park in the garage and escape the scorching AZ heat in August was a huge deal. The driveway gets full sun all day. I would not have booked this place had that been communicated up front.Hot water in the master shower would not come on after several minutes of wasting water. I did reach out the host for help and he responded but didn’t resolve the issue. Then after we left he wrote me that the cleaners were able to get hot water to come on. Well, I sure wish he would have asked his cleaners how to do it while we were there.Several light bulbs were out. The WiFi went out while we were there and it took hours for the host to respond with where the box was located and how to fix it.Given all the issues we ended up leaving a day early and requested a 1 day refund. The host refused saying he couldn’t rent it to someone else, so no. This is my second trip to Surprise and I will be coming back again, but not staying here.
