The property was perfect for what we needed it. I would have your cleaning crew be a little bit more meticulous. We did find an empty Diet Coke bottle under one of the tables in the downstairs bedroom. And the picnic table was filthy dirty with sticky stuff all over it. We cleaned that also. The grill worked fine probably time for a new new one. Overall a very good experience and would not hesitate to book an again.

It was nice! The kitchen was a little small and lighting in the kitchen was horrible, and pool was not heated. But overall everything was nice!

Great for Large Groups

We booked last minute for a funeral. All of us were in from Indiana and the process was super easy peasy. For the two days, the place was perfectly appointed. Plenty of space for 13 adults to space out and enjoy. The sprinklers do come on at 9:52pm each night, so make sure you are not outside at that timr.time.outsidtime.sprinklelautomatically

family weekend get together

We stayed here for the weekend and it was great. We had family from 4 states meet there to go to the seahawks/cardinals game. the location was perfect. the house was plenty big enough for 12 people. huge living room and dining room for eating and paying games. back yard was big as well. the best review we can give is that we would love to stay there again next year when we go to our family annual game. Thanks for everything.

Served our purpose well

The homes size, number of bedrooms and baths were perfect for our 13 guests. Property could have been maintained a little better. Nothing seriously wrong, but felt like things that were broken were not being fixed.

Neighbor dogs barking constantly

The house itself was pretty good, some cleanliness issues but very minor. and they responded quickly to a maintenance issue we had during our stay. However, the next-door neighbor, dogs bark constantly and are outside all the time. Also, some minor repair work is needed in the house.

Great stay!

We came for a Bible retreat. Plenty of space. Decor was so cute. We didn’t use the pool or yard but if we planned to it would be nice to have it mowed as the grass was about a foot tall overgrown. There were a couple towels that were not clean (4 stars) but overall this was a very nice VRBO. If we return I would definitely stay here again! A nice touch was joy having to do anything at check out! Normally you have to start laundry, strip beds, take out trashes etc. it was very convenient :)

No. Only 5 tablespoons, no teaspoons, only 5 forks, no tea towels, only 1 cocktail glass and 2 plastic wine glasses.There was garbage on the front yardThe lawn was full of 6-8 inch weeds and had gone to seed.There was no soap in the upstairs bathroom; the soap in the downstairs bathroom was so diluted it wouldn't form suds.The bar stools didn't match the height of the counter.There were nails and screws on the garage floor and one of our guests ended up with a flat tire.The lighting over the dining table was uncomfortably bright. This place could be something special, but as it is we would never come back. Past performance is the best predictor of future performance; so we are not optimistic.
