This is truly a beautiful property on Lake Sinclair. Everything is very comfortable and well appointed. The sunsets are amazing and the dock was setup perfectly for us to bring our boat. My older parents came and they were able to access the yard and dock with ease as it is a very flat lot. The location on the lake was super convenient as well for fishing and water activities. The home is very well stocked and had everything we needed and more. David was one of the absolute best hosts we have ever stayed with and was extremely organized and communicative. He made the whole process a breeze. Our family would love to stay here again in the future!

The property was beautiful inside and out, and our grandchildren loved the kayaking, along with skiing and tubing! Great house with every convenience. Plenty of room. We hope to return.

This property was the best! Very clean, very organized, great views, great fishing right off the dock! We caught lots of fish off the dock, BIG catfish! It was also nice to have the kayaks and paddleboards, very peaceful :) Great communication with the owners and Lord willing we will be back-much needed long weekend getaway,Lynn Hall

We had the BEST long weekend at this beautiful property. We had two families with kids at GCSU there for the holiday weekend. It was close enough to campus that their friends could come enjoy the lake for the day and roomy enough for many of us to spend the night. The house is perfectly appointed and beautifully situated on the lake. You can tell the owners have really thought through what guests would need. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals there. The dock and firepit areas were perfect. Lake is very shallow, so easy to get in and out of. We floated and relaxed the weekend away. Absolutely stunning sunsets. No one wanted to come home! We will definitely be back!Owner was very communicative and helpful without being overbearing. Check in and check out was a breeze. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The house had everything you needed, loved they had kayaks and paddle boards. They were in a great location on the water. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely stunning! The view of the lake is wonderful and the sunsets are beautiful! The house is very clean and well laid out. The host thinks of everything, hand soap at every sink, extra bathroom items just in case, and plenty of towels. The dock is great for fishing, swimming, sunbathing and taking advantage of all the water toys available. There is plenty of shade on the dock for the ones that cannot handle the sun. There is a table with stools on the dock that we spent hours planning games at. Check in and out was very simple process. Host communicated well. My entire family had an amazing time and is asking to go again next year!

Our family of 8 adults enjoyed a week in this lovely home. Very peaceful setting - beautiful grounds, lots of trees and birds, and breathtaking sunsets! The interior is thoughtfully furnished for guests and the entire property is lovingly maintained.

Excellent July Fourth Weekend

Just Perfect

We stayed here for my daughter's GCSU graduation and the house is just wonderful. We had a great time with family and we had our own space to retreat to if need be. Hopefully we can return sometime soon because this is the house to rent.

Perfect lake house for a family trip

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The hosts have truly thought of everything and the home and dock are well appointed. The kids loved the downstairs bunk room and games, and had a blast paddle boarding and splashing around in the lake. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful lake house

Great place to stay. Super clean, amazing views, the owner of the property is available at all times. My only not so positive comment is that it is a little too far from everything, and when you travel with kids, that may be an issue; but other than that you would have everything there to enjoy stay.

Family based group

Very nice place. Definitely will book this place again. Caught a lot of fish, played on the lake tubing and jet skiing. Just minutes from marina.

Beautiful house with all the amenities

We enjoyed our visit. It’s a beautiful, well appointed house with all the comforts of home. The owners are very thoughtful in having everything you need for a great stay, and they went to great lengths to make us feel welcome. We’d happily come back here.

Excellent Lake Getaway

We were looking for a relaxing lake getaway and it is exactly what we received. The property is amazing and has everything you need to be comfortable. Kitchen is amazing with top of the line everything, as well as every cooking tool you can think of. I cannot think of a single thing that we could have asked for. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Amazing House, Amazing View

We had a wonderful time at the house and the property was all we could ask for. Clean and stocked with pretty much everything you will need! Great communication with the owners before, throughout and afterwards. Can’t wait to return!

Paradise

The property was amazing. The house was gorgeous and spread out perfectly for the kids and adults. The dock was so nice. Plenty of water toys for all. The location was in a colder. There was very little water traffic. Will definitely make this a yearly thing.

Great House

The perfect property for our extended family Christmas celebration. The grand daughters (ages 8, 6, 6, & 3) loved the basement/bunk room for play and rest. Adults enjoyed the views from the family room while playing games, watching TV, cooking, and relaxing.
