Tom sorry to hear your reply. Our condo is quite beautiful & has received " excellent comments" for years. Your comments don't really sound like comments at all- more like a Bitter rant- of someone who's travel was effected by Covid-19- which none of us can control.. We have indeed looked after all of our guests & offerred them a chance to re- book with us, for any guests with travel that was effected, so your comments are in- correct & in-appropriate. Your stay was before any travel restrictions applied & indeed was your personal choice. We have helped all of our guests; as we have had many return visitors to this condo & others we rent for years! Unfortunately, every once in awhile we have someone such as yourself; that was quite unwilling to work with both us & our property manager, who also had difficulties assisting you and found your stay challenging. Please feel free to book again in another condo in Villa Magna, hopefully you have a better perspective on your next visit.

Thanks David yes the property at Villa is quite spacious compared to others. Also when you stay in a condo you will never rent a hotel room again. Looking forward to your return to this property or any of the other 20 plus we rent Regards Al and Jill

Thanks for staying with us. We look after/maintain our condos regularly and have our local property manager there for all our guests. We try to make sure that value is there for our renters and don't sell our places based on price-but quality and comfort

All of the layouts for the 3 bedroom condos are the same in all the Villa magna units; and the kitchens are all this size...hope you "Loved the fact" that our condo was completely remodelled 2 years ago with all the best appliances , new counters, stainless appliances, and convection oven ( we are only ones who have this), etc..and yes its it a gorgeous modern Master bathroom with modern Italian tiles, rain shower and open views to the ocean... Feel free to book again- but FYI we are pretty busy since we have one of the nicest units in the complex- so let us know well ahead as we book up. Best Regards and thanks for staying with us! We are so glad you loved our condo: it is our home-away-from-home and we work very hard to keep it up to date, modern and well supplied and looked after. I go down to our condo at least every 3 months and update: new pillows, new sheets, new towels, and new kitchen supplies. That way we know guests always have the best and newest supplies they will need. Our property manager Claudia is the best! she takes acres of every detail for all our guest and maintains our condo, impeccably...she also offers: airport pick ups, pre-grocery shopping ( so you can have groceries right in our condo when you arrive)sailboat rentals, and so many more extra services.
