The house is clean and in a great location. Beautiful view and fit our needs perfectly. We were in NY for parents weekend at Syracuse and it wasn’t very far from the college. The host is super responsive - I’d love to come back and stay again.

Stayed three nights. Everything was as listed. House is beautiful and the kitchen is amazing. Plenty of room for 6 adults and three small fishing boats. Host answered all question very quickly. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend this place.

This property was actually better than the pictures. Large open family space. The yard and kayaks were amazing. We had kids from 1-13 here for a perfect lake day. Neighbors were really nice and said hi but also gave us our space. Lovely place d yo stay and we hope to be back soon.

We loved the property and it checked all boxes for our weekend. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Poor communication. Needed to ask for arrival information after the check-in window - it was not provided. I was not given any check out instructions regarding general preferences for trash, towels, etc. even after asking for specifics.

Excellent house and property

We loved the deck, fire pit, canoe and kayaks, and great fishing. The house interior and especially the kitchen is well-designed and comfortable.

Perfect lake house

My family and I had a wonderful time at this lake house. The house and property are perfect. Neighborhood is great and places to get things you need are close, but not too close. I would definitely stay again. The property owner was very easy to communicate with.

Overall a very nice place to stay. The only reason I gave a four star instead of a five is that I almost had an accident in the upstair shower. Need some type of anti slip for the floor of the tub. Very nice quite place.

Weekend Getaway

Very impressed with the property. Very clean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Property owner very kind and answered all of our questions. Very close to the interstate and Syracuse was just a quick trip south.

This house was terrific. We needed a break, and it was the perfect location. It's located on a peaceful bay of the lake. It's close to shopping and yet feels isolated. The kitchen was fabulous. The attention to detail was terrific and so considerate. The beds were comfortable and the downstairs shower was wonderful!!! Communication with Eric was great, and I honestly have nothing but love for this house and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Perfect in every way

My sister and I and a few friends enjoyed a relaxing yet fun filled too short of a stay. Such a lovely spacious comfy beautiful house. Much more than we anticipated.

Great family vacation spot!

Perfect setup for a relaxing time on the water. My only note is that the futon in the office is not good for adults; very small and not comfortable. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable week and the home and property was just as shown on the website.

Lakeside comfort

The host was absolutely terrific in providing the best lakeside stay! Lots of parking for our boat trailers and vehicles. The house itself was very clean. The kitchen is what we enjoyed the most in particular the island. Eric went above and beyond to make sure the boat docks were installed to make it easier for our crew. I will be staying here again!! Eric thank you for providing an excellent stay !

Great vacation!

Place was even nicer than the pictures. We loved the oversized island, deck and kitchen. Location on the lake was perfect and the unit was well stocked to meet our needs. Check in was easy and owner was very responsive. As others have said, if I was to add anything, it would have been nice to have had more silverware in the kitchen. However, that is not a complaint by any means. We had a great week and would highly recommend this property!
