Take a stroll through downtown, and visit local shops, restaurants, and cafes or spend your day in nature taking in the stunning views. This is the perfect getaway for your mountain adventure. Book your stay today and experience the ultimate combination of mountain living and modern convenience.

This recently renovated first floor unit features 2 BR/1 BATH, living room, fully functional kitchen, private POOL(one of the few properties in the area with this feature), outdoor BBQ and FIREPIT. Conveniently located walking distance to the river, hiking trails, and mountain biking trails known as the Cartecay River Loop Trails. For those mountain bike enthusiasts we are also located approximately 30 minutes from Bear Creek and Pinhoti trails. This is a perfect place for a weekend mountain getaway to North Georgia or for an extended stay. Plenty of parking with easily accessible paved roads leading up to the property. Lots of parking space for vehicles, trailers, ATVs, and motorcycles.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which is why we ensure that all lines, bed covers, and towels are washed and changed after every guest stay. The entire unit has been fully remodeled and features new furniture, furnishings, linens, towels, and kitchen utensils. Below is a brief description of each space:

Patricia was a great host! She communicated quickly and the check in process was very smooth. The property itself is so cute and homely and close to town. We didn’t have to drive further than 20 minutes to get anywhere. I highly recommend this cabin!

After clearly stating to the owner that we were excited to be staying in her house… upon the day of arrival finding out-she failed to tell us that we would be in a basement efficiency unit. I would’ve never scheduled had I known that piece of information. we left the next morning and asked for a partial refund. No response to date.

Stay in Ellijay!

My family and I wanted a quiet, easy, fun getaway to celebrate my retirement from the military and take some time to relax. This place delivered. Great inground pool, deer in the yard with morning coffee and just a short drive town for meals. Pooles BBQ was fun and food was good, Cajun Depot Grill was great food! We enjoyed a Braves game, the GA aquarium and Zoo Atlanta during our stay and was all within a short hour to 1.5 hr drive down to the city. The property photos do a great job representing the inside. We will likely visit again as we loved the area and the stay was comfortable. Loved there was a pool and pets were not allowed.
