Monica said everything was great during her stay and was an incredibly neat guest who followed the house rules. She simply could have informed host of missing/inadequate utensils (which were removed but prior guest) and could have been replaced within hours of her stay. Her comments about towels however is not true.

Hi Tommy. Thanks for the feedback. I can assure you that there were plenty plate in the house. They were probably in the dishwasher during your check in. However, the cleaners have been notified to always put dishes back in the cabinet. We overall thank you for choosing HiddenParadise and happy to host you again in Future.

The nest thermostart self regulates to direct air to where guest might be day vs. night. I will review this setting to make sure is is not set up in reverse. Thanks for leaving the space very clean. Dear Kenneth, I am unsure of what you mean about parking when you could literally park 2 cars on the driveway and another four vehicles directly in the street front of the home. You wife spoke greatly of your stay at the home and you never mentioned anything about trouble with parking to me the 3 times we communicated during your stay. I can also see that street parking was empty the entire time of your stay. The listing pictures shows steps in the home which you could have inquired about it if you had any concerns about it or needed a home without steps. There is a very large bedroom with refrigerator and microwave on the ground floor that you could have stayed in as well if you didn't want to use the other bedrooms on the 3rd floor. I wish you a safe recovery from your back surgery and thanks for staying at HiddenParadise.

As you stated "The area was safe, and the location was...." I couldn't agree more with you however everything else you wrote was incorrect. I do not recommend you to any host.
