- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the front porch, facing outward toward the parking lot. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected

PARKING: - 1 vehicle can be parked in the designated parking spot. This spot is located out front in the open parking lot

- A parking tag is required and will be provided inside the home upon arrival

Construction

We didn’t receive check in directions until an hour before check in time after I had to reach out to get it. The condo next to us was under construction for our whole stay, that we were not warned about. There were workers and tools on our back porch, they had a tarp covering our front porch and door, it was obnoxiously loud when my wife and baby tired to lay down for naps. The lock on the front door stopped working, locking me out at almost midnight where I had to then wake my wife and baby up so that she could let me in. The host was very responsive (other than the check in information), and the construction wasn’t really her fault, but a heads up would have been very appreciated because with a 1 year old we probably would have stayed somewhere else.

Family trip

The property was nice. Everything was clean. Our first night there the air conditioner went out. They had someone there the next morning and had it fixed. The only disadvantage I found with the condo is the steps were extremely steep. Need to mention that in description of the condo. I have nerve damage in one of my legs and going up the stairs was a little hard. Over all it was a very nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend this condo. Location was perfect and was only mins away from the strip.

Nice Location

The location is nice, it's a quiet neighborhood and a quiet unit. Communication is easy using the messaging app and the owner is very responsive.

Home away from home

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home with plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of sightseeing. Loved the location - minutes from downtown (easy walk if you want to stretch your legs). Host was extremely helpful and answered my questions quickly! Great place to stay!
