We had an amazing stay! Condo was pristine clean, spacious, and cozy. It was perfect for our family of four. Pleased to say we had no issues at all! Beautiful view and great location. Plenty to do at the condo or nearby! Thank you for the perfect week to end our summer!

Oven did not have a bottom element. We could not use the oven. Fire alarm was chirping. Extra blankets in the closet in the small bedroom were dirty. Only one elevator was working all week. Wait time was around 10 to 15 mins to get on the elevator from the 9th floor.Also, I did not get the free insulated cup that was advertised when I booked the room.

Thank you for telling us all of this. A week without an oven, a chirping smoke alarm and dirty spare blankets isn't the beach week you planned, and we're sorry. We're working on getting the oven element replaced, the alarm fixed and the linens taken care of. We'll also look into the insulated cup you were promised and didn't get. The elevator wait from the 9th floor sounds frustrating, and we've passed it along to the building. We appreciate your business and hope you'll let us make it right next time.

Great condo

The condo was just as pictured and described. The location offers easy access to local attractions yet is a quiet getaway. The building needs some updates but the condo is fantastic.

Perfect location

My husband and I had the best time. The condo was clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bathroom towels etc. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and listening/watching the waves and occasional dolphins. We will go back.

Best beach access

Just love the fact of not trafficking through the pool to access beach. Perfect for someone looking to fish on the beach. Overall my favorite place I’ve stayed in gulf shores. Will be returning

Crystal Shores West 906

This was a very nice, very well equipped condo. The spacious balcony was very nice and tranquil, and the hot tub downstairs was great. Everyone we met was very nice and the whole place had a great laid back atmosphere. It was a nice reboot vacation for my family.

Great Condo and location!

This was our first year at CSW and we had a great time! Everything shown in the pictures is what you get, perfect space for our family of 5. One elevator did go down and the wait for an elevator was a tad crazy but anything electrical can happen. We will definitely book again!

Had a good experience

Overall we had a good experience. The location was clean, well equipped and had superb views of the beach. Other locations that we’ve stayed had beach chairs available which we would suggest as a courtesy. Not being able to enter the property even a little early without paying a fee was a bit excessive.

Fun Time!

Great place, clean and comfortable with an awesome view! We were somewhat confused about the parking situation, we were told we could park anywhere by the management company and a condo employee. However, that wasn’t the case. But, we figured it out and had a terrific stay!! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Spring Break!

Great condo with the needed amenities. Only two complaints. One was waiting to get in although room was ready early had to wait until 4 or else be fined for entering. The 2nd bedroom mattress is extremely hard and uncomfortable!

It worked

No extra linens, not enough towels broke furniture, raggedy outside furniture. Really needed a deep clean too. It worked well for location but just not a five star stay.

Crystal Shores West 906

Overall a great place to stay! The condo was great, but the wifi in the room was not great. Made it hard to have phone calls home to family! The elevators where hit or miss that day. Nothing the owners could do about it, but definitely had to wait a long period of time for elevators and different times of the day.

Beautiful view— would book again!

Absolutely wonderful visit. Beautiful view and great amenities. Only issue we had was the map took us to Crystal Shores when we were staying at Crystal Shores West so we kept trying to get into a room that wasn’t ours but had the same room number (others experienced the same issue since they were right next to eachother )… once all of that was taken care of, everything else was a breeze and wonderful and relaxing. The only things we had to do before leaving was take out all trash, turn thermostat to 72, empty pantry and fridge/freezer, and start dishwasher before checkout at 10. It’s nice to go somewhere and not have to do a full cleaning on the tail end of an amazing vacation. We look forward to our next visit.

Truly Amazing

We have stayed in this building several times in the past, but loved this unit so much! My husband and I kept talking about the beautiful decor and loved the ease of getting things out of the cabinets that had drawers inside them. I was also impressed that they had a speed queen washer and dryer and was honestly super excited to use it since I've heard so many great things about it and it made doing laundry on vacation much more bearable. The seating on the balcony was perfect. We used the rocking chairs in the morning, the dining table for lunch, and the loungers for after dinner. The blackout curtains were stylish and 100% did its job of keeping the early morning light out. The only downside of staying here is that it will be even harder to leave! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

I would not book this property again.

No fitted sheet on the master bedroom bed, just a mattress pad, they fix later but I had already bought sheets. Outdoor chair was destroyed, rug outside is stained terribly, and coke or coffee stains on deck. Inside drink stains on bedroom wall, throw pillows stained. Guest bedroom bed sunk, we fixed the problem by turning the box spring right side up. 😒Condo needs updating.
