Our group had a wonderful stay in Rosemary Beach! The property was spacious, clean, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The hosts were fantastic and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We would gladly stay here again!

Lovely Home & Comfortable *

The home is lovely and comfortable. Plenty of room to move about. The location was perfect. Three minute walk to town to all of the restaurants and shops and five minute walk to the beach. The management team was the best we’ve ever dealt with. They were on top of things and answered texts promptly and were very kind.

Great house and location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for families and young kids. Heated pool was perfect for small kids, especially on rainy days. So close to shop and restaurants and walk to the beach isn’t bad either. Would definitely stay again. The kitchen window looks directly onto play ground which didn’t bother us but one thing we did not expect.

Reviewer Comments: It’s a great house that needs some maintenance work: dryer doesn’t work, oven smells like something is burning every time we used it, dishwasher tilts down every time you pull the drawers out and it falls forward/down and the freezer door is hard to close.

We loved the pool and the fact that you step out the front door and there is the Cabana pool and playground. we were informed the coffee pot was broken when we arrived and within a short time someone arrived with a new machine. The new machine was great, having both Keurig and ground coffee capabilities. Already discussing renting next year.

Perfect Spot for My Bachelorette

It’s private, but with easy access to the beach, the town, and everything the community has to offer. The house has a small private pool, and is literally directly across from one of the main (but quiet!) community pools.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Customer service leading up to the trip was excellent — very responsive and helpful. They accommodated an early check-in and allowed us to store our bags after check-out, which we really appreciated.However, we had a significant issue with the doors and locks, and especially the after-hours support. When we arrived, we could get in, but none of the exterior doors were secured. We struggled to lock them even while following the provided hurricane door instructions. We had to leave for dinner and were unable to get timely help — we were on hold for a long time and had to repeat the same information multiple times without resolution.When we returned, neither keypad code worked, leaving us locked out while the house had been unsecured when we left. Once we finally got back in, we found second-floor balcony doors blown wide open.We eventually reached a knowledgeable staff member around 10:30pm who resolved everything. While I’m glad it was fixed, this was a serious safety concern for our group. I would recommend improving both the locking system and competency of after-hours support.

Reviewer Comments: This home was beautiful with a ton of space, great bedrooms and the private pool was clean and great for our toddler.Location to the shops and beach were great. The main thing that could have been improved was kitchen was not well stocked. For how much you pay for this house there should be an ample kitchen and more than one roll of paper towels ....Also downside is the kitchen looks over the playground and main pool so not much privacy as a warning.

Family Beach Trip Was A Win!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Each year our kids and grandkids meet up with us for a summer beach trip. We have stayed in Seaside several times but this was our first time to stay in Rosemary Beach. We loved our time there at Kidd Cottage. The home is beautiful and our group of five adults and two toddlers had plenty of room to sleep and play. We spent each morning at the beach and each afternoon after the kids’ naptimes at the pool. The beach was an easy walk with the kids in our wagon, and then the cabana pool is literally in the front yard. We didn’t use the private pool much because it was still pretty chilly but the Canana pool was never crowded and was warmer since it gets more sunlight than the private pool. We visited the playground next to the pool and also drove over to the Alys playground. We walked to Seacrest and picked up food and listened to music one evening. The Hidden Lantern bookstore has a story time a couple of mornings during the week so we attended story time. The management company was communicative. I texted to let them know one of the amenity passes was broken off the lanyard just as an fyi so they would be aware. They sent someone over to pick up the broken pass and bring a new one. One of the previous group had apparently gotten sick and thrown up in the living room so housekeeping had to clean the sofa cover and the area rug. Those things were still pretty damp when we got in at 4pm and we couldn’t comfortably sit on that sofa until the next day. No fault of housekeeping or management obviously! While gathering everything before we left, I moved both sofas to make sure none of our things had gotten pushed under there and it needed a vacuuming under there. Maybe that is usually done and got forgotten since they were having to do extra cleaning of the other sofa and the rug. We hope to return next year to Rosemary Beach and I’ll be checking to see if Kidd Cottage is available!

Location & comfort - Perfect vacation with teens

Our neighbors and our family had been to Rosemary in the past but this time we booked the house together and it could not have been more fun. More neighbors joined in other Rosemary homes and I have to say that this trip will be unforgettable. We have kids ranging from 4 to 20 years old and they all had an amazing time, going around in their bikes, going to the pool with friends and just getting ice cream and taking the downtown vibes. You can't beat Rosemary Beach and the location of this house. The Cabana pool was right across from us so kids could spend time there while adults were prepping meals in the house. House comes with all the right kitchen utensils and the towels and linens are first quality. We can't wait to come back!!!
