Where you will enjoy a charming and comfy apartment, centrally located, close to two Of the best Malls in town, The Avenues mall and St. Jhon’s Town center, 10 minutes away to Mayo Clinic and also 15 minutes away to May-port naval base! In addition 15 minutes away to the Jacksonville beaches.

Very comfortable and clean.

Honestly, I found that the pictures on vrbo did not do justice to the condo. I was pleasantly surprised and I believe that we will be back while my son goes to school in Jacksonville.

Mayo Clinic Stay

We stayed for my sisters brain surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We need to add an additional night and that was easily taken care of!

Nice property

Everything was as described in advertising on Vrbo. My only complaint was the code for the gate to enter the community never worked. I had to rely on someone with a card or a different code to gain entrance. I was pleasantly surprised at the snacks, etc available once I got inside the condo. It wasn’t expected. Would definitely recommend this property to rent for a stay in Jacksonville

Jax property

Very nice Condo-clean. Too much noise from the apartment overhead. People need to be told that there are two entrances and that Mapquest may not take you to the right one (the one with the punch in code). Other than that, for a first time VRBO guest, we were comfortable. Noise from above should be addressed.

Fantastic holiday stay Dec 22 - Dec 27, 2023

Excellent accommodations. The condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen, multiple bathrooms and multiple televisions made for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay in this location again.

Overnight stay

We stopped off in Jacksonville overnight on our way to Port Canaveral. The place was clean and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the three of us. It was in a convenient location - not too far off the highway, but far enough so that we weren't hearing the highways sounds. We would stay here again.

This is second time at this property and will stay again when we come home to Florida. Luis is very helpful as a property manager. Home is clean and has everything needed to make it feel like home.

Very Clean and Comfortable

Wish we could have stayed longer in the area. Unit better than promised. Equipped not just with nice furnishings but went the extra mile with nice sheets, extra toothbruhses and toothpaste, oatmeal and other extras.

Fantastic

Great place with nice additions, like coffee pods and creamer, toothbrushes and other toiletries. There is even a high chair. Very nice.

Nice and cozy

Nice and cozy very clean.. I enjoyed my time at this property. Host was great at responding I didn’t have any issue with loudness around me. I slept amazing and my kids enjoyed it. If I could rate this a 10 I would!

Overall nice stay

Seem like a safe area to stay in, and appreciated the drinks/beverage in frig and the coffee station as well as a filtered water tap at the sink! Host was very nice, but sometimes slow to respond to communications. Quite a bit of noise that sounded like a small child running around in the unit above us, early in the mornings!

Luis is AMAZING!

Luis was an amazing host. My 77 year old mom was fleeing to jax from Hurricane milton in ft. Myers. We have cats and she's allergic so we needed to find somewhere for her to stay. Luis didn't have the home listed as available for the 1st day but he called vrbo and was able to add the night so she could be safe. He was super communicative, and just so sweet. The home itself was bigger than expected, so clean, updated and just felt like home. A great place for her to be in this stressful time. Thank you, Luis, for everything. We will definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to jax!

Girls stay

We had a great stay for the most part at this property. Host was responsive, property was clean. Only cons was property and trash was hard to find once in the complex. Also, the twin beds were rock hard, and there is a child on the second floor, so lots of noise from upstairs here and there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent space

What a lovely space this is. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, four adults had plenty of room. The living room/dining area are comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was very nice. The special touches (shampoo, toothbrushes & paste, hair dryer, etc.) made this visit easy for travelers. Communication with Luis was excellent. Private phone # was provided in case we needed anything. Great place. We'll come again!
