The host was fantastic with great communication. Place on the inside was nice and spacious. Very simple to Uber to UF game day festivities and home. Location was safe and easy to navigate.

We arrived late to the condo but we were extremely pleased with it. It was just as pictured and the cleanliness was excellent. If we find that we need to stay the night in Gainesville again, I will try to book this condo again.

We enjoyed our week long stay at this condo. The host communicated very well and often. The check in/check out process was super easy, the condo was clean and comfy. The beds were super comfortable.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment. The location was perfect—convenient to everything I needed and in a great area. The space itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made the arrival process really easy.Everything was organized and thoughtfully prepared, making the stay comfortable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and well-located rental. I would happily stay here again.

Cute little place

This place was super cute, clean and offered just what we needed. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Will definitely consider this property next time we are in Gainesville.

Great Game wkend experience!

We are alumni and we were in town to tour UF with our daughter and catch the football game Saturday. My parents met up with us as well for the weekend. The place is lovely—updated and clean—-and had all the little amenities that make a trip easier on the travelers. Location was great as well! We will definitely return and stay again!

Perfect except.....

Wonderfully appointed and decorated and very spacious. Communication was good. Loved the brochures of local activities and the television has hundreds of channels. Pool was close but we did not use it. The highway noise would be a negative for many, but since we were only a party of two, the second bedroom was quiet enough. Would prefer room darkening shades on the windows so as not to be awakened by the sun easily penetrating the curtain.

Hi Robert! Thank you for staying with us. We are very transparent about the highway noise in the listing so we appreciate you taking note of that. As it states, it is mostly only bothersome to light sleepers. Also, we have blinds and room-darkening curtains in both bedrooms 😊 We are so glad you loved the listing amenities.
