We had a wonderful time and the house was even better than advertised. It’s a great location; the house is beautiful, clean and has everything you could need; the views are spectacular; and the host is very responsive. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. We had the pool heated and it was absolutely perfect for swimming in. The views and beach are lovely. The home is next to the public boardwalk, but we didn’t find it too busy. They had all the baby amenities which was great for us. Please note: check in is at 5.

The house is so roomy. It was very clean and everyone loved the elevator. It made loading and unloading our bags easy. Great location!

Great beach vacation

We rented the house for Spring Break - 3 families with 6 kids total. The house worked great - comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, right on the beach. The pool is a huge benefit. Beach chairs and towels are provided, which made it very easy. We would definitely rent again!

We had a huge group and had the best time! The house was so nice. Easy beach access and great communication! The host was always available and very helpful! Will definitely be back!

Great Experience On Cape San Blas

Wonderful house with a pool that overlooks the beaches - house was spacious and was well stocked from the kitchen to thoughtful toiletry samples in the bathrooms - like staying at a high-end hotel. We will be back.

Great house and location!

We loved the house and proximity to the beach. Having a pool was great for when the kids wanted to keep swimming in the evenings. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The house was well equipped with everything necessary to cook, clean and help us feel at home.

Family Fun!

Our large family vacationed here for Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed every minute of the trip. It was spacious enough for four families and three teenage boys. The patio was a great place to start and end our day. We loved the easy access to the beach and soaking in the pool. Marissa contacted us before and during our stay to see if we needed anything—hospitality at its finest. We cannot wait to go back again real soon!

Rest, relax, and watch the waves

Kaikoura was a lovely home. Our family stayed here during the off season & were impressed by a number of things. The proximity to the beach is hard to beat with a private, dedicated boardwalk. Since the weather was cooler, we used the pool on the deck almost daily. The heat in the pool made a great place to relax and play after a few hours at the beach in the late evening. The home was well-planned. Everything we needed was stocked. When we arrived late at night, the driveway was clearly marked. The parking under the home was dry and the elevator made it easy to load/unload our vehicle. Kaikoura was clean and new. Cleanliness is really important in a rental, and the cleaners obviously work hard on this property. Upon our arrival, it felt like it was ready for us. The kids LOVED the bunk bed room. It provided their own bathroom with a shower, and tub. They had their own TV, as did all the bedrooms. (We don’t utilize this a lot in our vacations, as we tend more toward outdoor activity, but the house was technologically ready for just about anything.) The Internet was very fast, and we had no trouble with anything we needed to accomplish online. We got a lot of use out of the large dining table & enjoyed several family meals together before and after long days. I can’t say anything but good about Marissa, her responsiveness, and the condition of her property. Hopefully, this property will be available for us to visit again in the future.

Check in did not go smoothly; door code wasn't working and the elevator was not either. Traveling with toddlers requires a lot of stuff, so we started off on a bad note. The house itself is nice and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The elevator did get fixed; therefore, check out went well.

Unfortunately, technology fails sometimes and we don’t know about it until you’re at the home checking in. I’m sorry we had a brief hiccup with the door code and elevator, but I’m glad we were able to get it resolved quickly and the rest of your trip was enjoyable.

This is a great and very clean beach house! There was plenty of room for our family. Our kids enjoyed the community volleyball and pickleball courts. We had an issue with the AC and the host fixed the problem immediately. My only suggestion for future stays would be to make sure the house is better stocked with toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. We had to go to the store to restock after the second day. Everything else was amazing and we would love to stay here again!

Plenty of room for 12 people! Clean and very modern decor. The elevator was great for taking luggage to and from car! There is an ice machine, but it wasn’t working during our stay. Host was great and very responsive! Would stay again!
