Everything you want for your vacation stay! Beautiful open concept condo! Newly renovated master bathroom with a beautiful large master walk-in shower. Lake of the Ozarks Towers 3 bedroom! Free WIFI. Fantastic View overlooking the lake. Condo 8102 Towers is a three bedroom, two bath on the 8th floor in the Towers. It has an open concept and contemporary feel. The kitchen counter is large with seating around the kitchen counter bar and has a dining table, making it great for family gatherings. Kitchen is fully stocked to meet all your needs. This condo includes a screened deck, with dining and lounging furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink as the sun sets. The deck has a magnificent view of the lake and the state park area. Also has a gas grill for those hamburgers and steaks. Master bedroom has a king bed with TV and a private bath with a large, beautiful walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen with entry access to the bathroom and third bedroom has queen, both have smart tv's for your personal streaming. Living room includes new luxury vinyl flooring and new large flat screen smart TV. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo as well. A heated Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, large lakefront outdoor pool and work out center are in the same building on the first floor and there are two sets of elevators. 30 and 40ft boat slips available for rent as well.

Oct-May Longterm rentals, perfect for Travel Nurses or other Medical Personnel for 3-6 month stays. Very close to hospital!!

This property has a great view of the lake as well as the two pools. There are boat slips available for rent as well. Very relaxing stay.

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 8102 Towers has many extras which include a large heated pools and quiet sleeping areas. Several condo's available for groups or families vacationing together!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The Towers and Parkview Bay are neighboring complexes and both are well maintained properties that are maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit, and the outlet mall.

The amenities include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. A 3000 square foot outdoor heated pool is located directly in front of the building lakefront.. The outdoor pool has a walk in area for smaller kids or adults to play easily in. The pools and deck areas have great views of the lake and include lawn furniture for your enjoyment. The pool and amenities are located on the first floor of the Towers and the Towers has two sets of elevators. It is very easy and convenient to use the indoor and outdoor facilities. This unit also comes with a private parking space under the garage.
