• This hidden gem is one of the best beaches in all the Cape! At low tide, you can walk out almost a ½ mile into the ocean!
• Wake up with an ocean view from your bed, living room, or patio.
• Watch one of the best sunsets in the entire USA from your own dinner table (seats up to 12!), or from the enormous 600 SQFT rooftop deck overlooking the ocean.
• Large outdoor shower
• Game room with air hockey, ping ping, and foosball tables, activity table, and tons of board games for kids and families.
• Two large couch areas with 75” TVs… so the adults and children can both have their own separate hang out spaces :)
• Large upscale kitchen with 3-seat island for cooking dinners and schmoozing in the kitchen with friends
• 5 min bike ride to the Rail Trail
• All bedrooms have hybrid mattresses (combo of memory foam & inner spring) for maximum comfort
• All bedroom walls are filled with soundproofing insulation, for a quieter sleeping experience.
• Plenty of parking
• House has both AC and heat for year-round use. Each bedroom is its own zone.
• Ice maker produces large 2" round ice cubes .. because its the little things that matter :)
• 2 large side yards where kids can play.
• All linens, bath and beach towels provided
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• The house has 3 bedrooms/3 beds (a king, queen, and a full size bed), plus 2 additional blow-up mattresses (1 full, and 1 twin), for when families need more than 3 beds.

We highly recommend staying at this house. We were a party of six, and the house accomodated us easily. It was very clean; the kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, and pans; the beds were comfortable; there were plenty of towels for the beach, as well as a wagon and chairs. The roof deck is wonderful--we ate many meals up there, with a beautiful view of the Bay, and the sunset. We had two small grandchildren with us and the place is very good for kids--not overly decorated with things that had to be kept away from them to avoid breakage. Each room has it's own mini-split (air conditioner) so everyone could control their own room temperature. The water pressure in the bathrooms was good. The outdoor shower was great, and there's a foot-washing station to rinse sand off. The game room was fun for the kids, with extra games in a cabinet (besides the air hockey, table tennis etc.) And perhaps best of all, it's a one-minute walk to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Better Than the Photos — Perfect Beach Escape!

The view was even more stunning than the photos, and the house was much closer to the beach than we expected — just steps away! It was the perfect spot for our family’s spring break. We spent our days exploring Cape Cod and our evenings on the beach, playing in the low tide pools and soaking in the most breathtaking sunsets. The house was incredibly clean and welcoming — we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of four greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The views of the Bay were spectacular, making it an excellent winter getaway, when our walks on the beach were shorter because of the cold. The top floor was so comfortable and beautiful that we didn't even use the downstairs floor with the game room, but that is a great space as well. It was so cold that we didn't spend time on the rooftop deck, but we can imagine how wonderful it would be in summer. We couldn't have been happier with this rental.

Fabulous beach vacation

This home was wonderfully comfortable and accommodating for a family with little ones. My three grandsons joined us for a very happy week on a beautiful beach. The house provided board games, foosball and air hockey, a beautiful roof deck and a very well set up kitchen. We all had the most wonderful time. Having such a handsome and comfortable home helped make this happen.

Don’t hesitate, just book it. What a house, what a view. We loved it and the owner was terrific and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Can’t recommend this place enough! Enjoy!!!
