This very bright, brand new, 2 bedroom basement suite is located in the brand new community of Blatchford just a few minutes north of downtown Edmonton.

- Small dog friendly ( must be approved prior to booking ) one time $75 pet fee applies

- A security deposit of $500 (see below) will be required
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.

I never had to do this with other airbnb listings, why do I need to complete this verification process ?
With the rise in fraudulent bookings, stolen identifications, and credit card fraud we have had to implement these extra measures to screen out and validate all guests similar to that of any hotel to ensure we can screen out fraudulent activity.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Smoking / vaping in the home = $300
* Unapproved pets= $300

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
