+ PARKING
There’s paid street meter parking from 9a - 5p, Monday-Friday. After 5pm, you may look for metered parking around the block. 
There are also nearby parking lot options in the area:
- Two lots directly behind the building, off of Vine St and Walnut St
- Ziegler Parking Garage at 1322 Sycamore St
- NOTE: Do not park in the parking lot directly next to the building. Do not park in the parking lot next to the building for overnight parking.

In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules:
* Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The front gate, building entry door and unit doors all must be securely closed by you.
* We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)
* Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight
* No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
* The individual making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.
* Pet Policy: No pets allowed. There is a pet fee of $500 per unauthorized pet. 
* There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
* NO WEAPONS on or inside the property.
* NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 7a) during your stay. If evidence of any partying is found, we will immediately request a $1000 party fee
* Early check and late checkout is an additional fee
* Report damages immediately.
* THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking in the unit, there will be a fee.
* We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay.
