We had a great stay for 3 days. The unit itself was very clean, well equipped and updated nicely. The King bed was great. The building is in going some major renovation so it was not the best- noisy, messy and walked by rooms that were being completely redone. Not many units in the building were ready for guests. Having said that, the pool was in great shape and it was a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Thanks for the great review Charles! And I did include the renovation info on your email. It has been a very long process for lower units due to permits, city inspections, & delays from the contractor since the hurricane .

Calm After the Storms

We visited six months after a one-two hurricane punch to find a clean & comfy condo right across the street from the beautiful beach & just down the street from a tasty restaurant. Our spring break stay was just the R&R we needed. Can’t wait until next year!

Amazing

Cindy was a wonderful host, close to everything you need, and also in a relaxing and private location. Florida beaches can be hectic but Reddington was very private. An amazing stay, highly recommended!!!

Wonderful

It was a wonderful weekend and a beautiful condo wonderfully decorated and a beautiful beautiful. The host was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

What a great stay. Cindy had to be one of the most proactive and responsive hosts we have ever dealt with. She had everything in the apartment for a great beach day and more. Thanks for being a great host Cindy.

Slice of paradise

Adorable condo! Perfectly located to walk and explore so many different beaches, restaurants and businesses on Gulf Boulevard. Cindy was so great to work with and her eye for decorating is amazing. Thank you, Cindy, for sharing your slice of paradise… We had an amazing trip!

Perfect beach getaway!

Just as described! Great clean updated 1 bedroom. Located minutes walk to beach entrance with a nice playground/park for kids right next door. Walk to great restaurants. Place is clean and well kept.

Incredible unit at the best complex!

We loved Cindy’s gorgeous, big unit. It’s great for families and she had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Her communication was excellent leading up to and during our stay. It’s one block to the beach access which feels very private. We’ll definitely be back!
