We had the best time staying at Moose Ridge Retreat! The host was so good to answer any of our questions and help us. The condo was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to go back.

The unit was excellent. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, right off the shuttle route and a ski able return using the property trails. I would highly recommend staying at this unit when visiting Big Sky for a skiing vacation.

Great Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Area is comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We stayed in the summer but definitely would be the perfect place if you were going to ski in Big Sky!

Great rental!

We loved the amount of room our family of 4 had. The beds were awesome and the staff were always quick to respond.

Excellent VRBO experience in Big Sky

Excellent location two minutes drive from base village and 10 min drive from town center. Enjoyed the full kitchen and extensive TV channels after day of exploring Beehive Basin and dinner in Bozeman. Unit was very clean and well stocked, beds comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, please note that this is a ground floor unit and you can hear everything above you.

I’m sure this condo would be great for a lot of people, but it didn’t work for us (60 yo), primarily because the living room furniture was not comfortable. The couch has no support left in the seats and the chairs didn’t have a high enough back to be comfortable. Pros: Stephen, the property manager was super responsive and helpful even late at night. The condo was clean, the kitchen is great, nice big fridge, the queen bed and pillows were really comfortable and the washer and dryer were great. Stephen and the owner let us check out three days early and refunded us the condo rate for those three days. They did not refund the VRBO fee or the cleaning fee, which was fair. Cons: The wall switch to turn the fireplace on didn’t work. Stephen sent us an easy to follow video to turn the fireplace pilot light on and then we could turn it on manually. on. It would be helpful to have those instructions or a link to the video in the notebook in the condo. The vertical blinds in the living room were missing a slat or two and several were broken and kept falling off. It looks like they’ve been taped up. We couldn’t get the thermostat to set at a steady temp. The instructions in the condo notebook weren’t helpful as they referenced a dial and there isn’t a dial on the thermostat. Between the fireplace and a portable heater in the bedroom we made do. The cellular blinds in the bedroom are not blackout shades, the bedroom will be light as soon as daybreak arrives.
